Could not be happier! It’s like a dream come true! It’s very quiet and almost a pleasure to do laundry anymore! The associate was very thorough about the difference between top and front load machines which really helped make our decision. Very happy with our machine. The quick wash feature is amazing - we can actually wash our queen size plush comforters without having to go to the laundromat.

This washer/dryer combo is exactly what we needed. My wife is on the shorter side and having the controls in the middle works great. It can easily fit our comforter.

I tried buying this product else where with no luck. I got on my Best Buy app ordered in seconds...two days later had my new washer dryer combo. The staff was polite and helpful loading into my vehicle. I absolutely love my washer dryer...color is my favorite and how easy to operate.

Delivered 1 month ago. Working fine but suddenly did not dispense fabric softener. Technician came 1 week ago and could not find problem but suggested using only 1 tablespoon of fabric softener. Still not working properly. Will try one more time to get fixed. If not fixed, will be calling for pick up for return. Also, top dented when delivered. Installation staff said they would report this. I would recommend this appliance if working properly.

This washer works well. Love the features my clothes always smell and look clean. Love the LG app to connect to the wifi. I think the AI systems needs some help when it comes to drying clothes its only about 50% right and leaves clothe slightly damp sometimes so i have to add more time to the dryer

Made a custom laundry room and needed a stacked option. Found out about the tower, checked dimensions and it was perfect for my application. Have owned for just over two years now and still performing like a champ. Regular maintenance like cleaning lint trap after every use, tub cleaning, and drain screen cleaning is essential.

If you’re like me, and not the tallest of human beings, this tower is perfect for you. Or even if you just prefer the controls for your washer and dryer in one convenient spot, this is also for you. Also if you’re trying to conserve space or just don’t have enough space for a side-by-side washer and dryer, this is a great option. Very straightforward and easy to use, and makes doing laundry fun! Kind of. Maybe.

This unit is so quiet and works so quickly. No realy complaints other than the WiFi connectivity. It will not stay connected to the Wi-Fi. When it does disconnect, you have to delete it from the app and then re-add it. It’ll stay connected for 2 to 3 days and then disconnect again.

One of the best washer and dryer sets on the market, these machines clean thoroughly, are easy to operate, and have proven to be reasonably reliable, despite their many functions and features in addition to saving space in your laundry room.

Very quiet, and works amazing. Dryer is very sensitive and wish we could adjust that but No issues. Great purchase.

I wanted a Stackable, but this is not a stackable. It is one complete unit. My concern with that if one part is mot working, there goes the whole unit.. AI. Wow! If you set your wash for a normal cycle, the dryer cycle is already set. Good thing. Not so sure. One feature I will not use is the wifi for remote. What is great about this unit is that it has a very large load washer and dryer Capacity. I will never again have to take my bulky comforter to the laundromat.

I have had the LG model WKE100HVA stackable washer/dryer for two weeks now. It has been working great! The washer is programmable to a large extent, although I would like a setting that is only for a custom program- minor objection since the preprogrammed settings are somewhat adjustable- the washer is quiet, but still slightly noisy since it’s installed right off the living room- the dryer knows what setting to operate at based on the washer setting- Pretty amazing! The app is pretty much unusable- I suppose I could call tech support and get help but I think it should just work when downloaded- thus no optional settings can be downloaded- The Best Buy rep that measured the closet the machines fit in was amazingly accurate-tight but fits. All in all, a great set of machines that work very well and look really great- I would recommend them

Fast installation from Bestbuy. This unit is super quiet! It works perfectly in the space we had, and looks good too. Fits a lot of clothing in one wash-even extra large comforters. The little ring tones at the end of a cycle are so much better than obnoxious buzzers found on a lot of other units! We purchased this over a month ago, and are happy with it so far.

Our tenants love this washer and dryer and they fit perfectly in the space. The old pair was leaking and they were without for about a week. After they were installed by Best Buy installers, they were so happy and said they looked great!

So far, I have own this product about 2 months now, its absolutely save my space and I put a very big storage next to it. I hope it will continue work properly. So far it's fit to my interest and quality is good, my clothes so nice washed. Dryer has a light in the end of cycle and you can see everything. it also very nice high for dryer so you don't have to bent over every time.

Everything went without a flaw. Delivery was excellent also.

Love my new stackable washer/dryer. What a space saver in my laundry room. It's perfect! I'm very short, and having the controls in the center is so very convenient. The versatile cycle options are right on for every need.

I love this LG laundry center. It has made my life so much easier. And saved me money already on my power bill. The install, however, from the service provider for Best Buy did not go as planned They had to come back a second time with not a defective machine. Like the first, but we are loving it now. Since it is all installed and working, good super smart tons of features and accessible by app.
