I love my washer/Dryer! It’s easy to use and it has so many features, I’m still learning them.

The washer and dryer were great. The design of them makes for a small profile but jusr as much capacity. What we didnt plan on is needing s much longer dryer cord and the vent draped halfway down the wall

This unit meets or exceeds all our expectations. I can recommend to all.

I purchased this unit for my new house which has an upstairs laundry closet requiring a stacked washer dryer unit. This new model appeared to be ideal for my needs as it is engineered specifically as an integrated stacked system with the controls for both washer and dryer located in the center of the unit for easy reach. Unfortunately, when Best Buy delivered the unit the delivery crew was unable to get it upstairs due to its size and weight. I would recommend this product only for a first floor installation.

Great for the space. The unit capacity is adequate and the cleaning cycles are much the same as a standard size machine. Dryer times are effective as well

Great product, efficient and design for small spaces.

Had my unit three weeks. Loved everything about it until today. Washing tub bushing exploded and distributed themselves all over a load of laundry. LG repair appointment is a week out. Things happen so I'm not faulting a failure and repair. What struck me as odd is LG stating "a factory rep, in an LG marked van, in an LG uniform, not a local repair facility" will be arriving. Leads me to believe they're aware of a problem already, or are sending an factory investigator. Odd, either way.

I really enjoy this washer and dryer. They are extremely quiet compared to my old one. The option to start a load through Wi-Fi is amazing ! Best washer and dryer I’ve owned.

We purchased it on Monday and it was delivered on Saturday. Great installers and the unit works excellent.

So far so good. We love the efficiency and the size of the unit. It allowed us to install additional shelving. Clothes come out fresh and clean and with the app i am notified at the end of each cycle

This is a great washing machine / dryer combo! For the most part pretty quiet. There are dime Moises that come from the washing machine that are a little concerning but so far so good.

I love the combo. Easy to use. I love the touch panel as well. The quality of clothes being cleaner and the dryer dries the clothes faster than my old dryer. I love the color and easy to clean.

Love this, it's quiet and works well. My mother in law absolutely loves it too, she's always looking for things to wash.

This washer/dryer unit combination worked out for our small unit. It is user friendly and we highly recommend it!

Installer was the worst.Not truthful and wouldn’t install. Had to get own plumber to handle what was a very simple job. Was also given attitude when mentioned old unit needed to be hauled away

Great washer and dryer. Not only is it space saving but its also energy saving. Plus it holds a lot of clothes.

I bought the LG Washtower to replace my old stacked unit that finally died. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and have absolutely nothing negative to say. It’s a nice upgrade from my old setup. The controls are easy to understand and my wash\dry times have been cut shorter. I included the haul-away and install options with my purchase. No issues with the delivery and haul-away. The install appointment was set for a few days after delivery. Not a huge deal. When the third party arrived to install, they weren’t even aware it was an install appointment, they arrived to “haul-away” again. They didn’t have the necessary tools to install. This was a bit frustrating so we ended up installing ourselves.

We’ve had our LG washer/dryer for about a week now. I’m still getting used to the dryer functions out clothes have came out damp a few times. I like it overall. It is a little expensive compared to getting stackables, but this unit is shorter which is what we needed.
