Works great, delivered on time. LG makes the best and easiest to operate appliances on the market. These stackables fit perfectly in the space.

bought for our condo in Naples to save space in laundry closet and has quit washer works great looks great and a real space saver. Would not suggest for large family but great for 2-4 people.

Easy to use, works great, space saving units. We were unable to fit most units into our small condo, but this stacked pair was recommended by our Best Buy team and they were spot on.

Very happy so far with the product. The bestbuy third party delivery crew was awful. I’d avoid using their delivery people for installation if possible.

keep in mind the size here, this isn't for a family of 4. but it small and compact and does what's needed. So far this washer has been working great.

Have had the WashTower for a few weeks now and we are loving it. Gave us much more room in our small laundry room. The unit runs smoothly and quietly and looks great!

So far so good… I like that you can do a quick wash in 16 minutes. I haven’t done enough types of loads to really figure out all of the options. So it’s hard to give a very accurate review. Loving it for the space saving capability snd sleek good looks!

Washer is so quiet dryer too I love the WiFi setting using my phone to start and stop to tell us when or to tell how many minutes are left to let you know

This stacking unit is great. It takes up a much smaller amount of space. It is easy to care for and is very intuitive.

Best Buy sold me an open box item with a dent BUT I BOUGHT New! What a scam. The unit itself is good and works well. Best Buy sucks though. What a joke.
