    Love this unit and delivery and delivers were fantastic. However, the Side Vent conversion was NOT installed correctly. The vent itself keeps falling out/off and we have to keep putting back in and I am VERY concerned that the heat is doing damage to the electronics...I would really like Geek Squad to come take a look to fix it. Other than that, very happy!
