    So far the washer/dryer works great. Best Buy installers arrived on time and the install seemed to go smoothly. There was a small issue with the leveling of the unit but they came back again (on time per their schedule) and resolved that. So far it's great! Still learning all the features of it but it washes and dries well.

    This is the best washer/dryer combination we have ever purchased. Not only does it fit the space perfectly, but the results after washing tons of clothes, rugs, towels is the best we have ever experienced. I highly recommend the LG WashTower. And the installation crew was very professional, clean, and cognizant of our need to protect our home against COVID-19.
