Great product it washes the clothes great and it comes out clean

Love the machine. The delivery team was awful. They literally brought the machine in the house and left. The Geek Squad guy, Carlos, who came to install the machine since the delivery team failed to do so, was fabulous.

Great thing) Super quiet, looks perfect, washing and drying carefully.

The washer dryer combo works great. I am enjoying it a lot.

Installation was a quick and easy process, I love when they take old equipment and set up the new appliance for cheap. I do miss having agitators though over all, made for a better peace of mind clothes were clean. No concerns with my unit though!

An excellent washer/dryer combination. Seems well built, no issues thus far. Fit into a small footprint in a rental house that separate front loaders with a stacking kit would not fit. Check for a fit, this one fits well and functions as a single unit.

Bought this in store at best buy. Upon using it after two months, during the wash cycle a loud banging noise can be heard. The noise sounds like a hammer hitting something hard and hollow. It is not pleasant. Although it takes up little space, I would not recommend this tower.

Functions but had a small hole in drain hose so had to replace it. Other than that it washes and dries clothes…..

Very happy with this product. Initially was not even considering a stacked washer and dryer but have been very pleasantly surprised with how much I do like it.

As advertised. It’s a little sensitive when it comes to dryer vent. But I guess that’s a good thing. The shorter the distance and avoid bends and turns as much as possible.

Very good so far but this unit needs 30 amps to run dryer. I had a 20amp breaker. After so many consultations with sales people includung coming to home it was never mentioned. Had to guess when dryer kept shutting off

I’ve only had this for a couple of weeks but I love it!!! We moved and have a very small laundry room so we ordered this stackable. I love that the buttons are in the middle. I love the 15 min wash cycle. I love the normal cycle that only takes 30 min. Looks beautiful too.

Attractive tower but each delivery attempt had dents on sides of units that might have impacted the internal rotating drums - after 3 tries, i got a refund and ordered a stackable set - i still think the tower is attractive - others have had no problems ... what else can i say?

Operating this is a bit complicated, simply because I’m technically challenged. Having said that, It’s very i intrusive and looks more like a fridge than a laundry tower. So far so good…

I am happy with the stackable washer and dryer except for one small problem. When I have to take the laundered clothing out of the washer I have to almost get down on my knees to reach in to take out clothes. I may have to get a small stool to sit on.
