Easy quick delivery, although the delivery guy was a little rude and irritable, but who doesn't have a bad day every now and then. They are very quiet and smooth running. Fits inside a standard door.

I bought this set after it was shown to me on the store computer screen. They did not have a Floor Model since it's a brand new model. Who would of known the doors are not reversible? All dryer and Washer I've had in the past have had reversible doors. I can't rate the actual performance yet because I just got them delivered today but I'm sure they're going to work great. But I'm stuck with doors swinging the wrong way because of my existing laundry room setup, and I can't reverse the door swing on them. It's a little frustrating LG did not give the option of reversing the doors. So, be advice and study the door swing on this unit and make sure that it will be comfortable for your laundry room set up. Other than that, the machines look great.

The Washer works great. I really like the Speedy option for clothes that are not that dirty. I don't like the sensor dryer function. It makes getting the towels dry difficult.

So far, we love it! Big tub allows us to wash a family of 6 clothes in a day. It's a lot quieter than our last unit. Would highly recommend.

I am so pleased with my new washer/dryer WashTower. The best thing is that it is so quiet. The entire purchase was a pleasant experience and on top of it all, the WashTower even was on sale. Initially, I wasn't going to get it before the end of February but approx. a week after purchasing it, I could schedule the delivery for the following week, 4 weeks earlier than expected. Everyone, from the salesperson to the people who delivered and installed the WashTower, was friendly and knowledgeable. Setting up the new WashTower didn't take longer than an hour. They took the old one out and even cleaned up after everything was finished. I certainly will go back to Best Buy for any other appliance.

When our unit broke I was frantic. We made the right choice with this one! Super easy install process, great capacity, quiet, and easy to use.

The spin cycle doesn't work that well. Water seems not to drain. The machine is quite and the clothes come out clean. It's with the larger loads that it isn't working as well.

I’m thrilled with getting this set. Super quiet and has so many wash/dry options to chose from. It’s huge- fit a king size quilt, shams and 2 other blankets. Clothes come out so clean and drier works amazing. No regrets. Highly recommend this set
