Love this new machine! Quiet, space saving and sleek!

The machine works very well, the only thing that kinda bugs me is the app, and the remote start function... in order for remote start to work you have to physically push a button on the machine every time... seems like a useless "feature" Also certain wash/dry cycles can only be accessed via the app, would be a lot faster if the controls were just on the machine.

I love this wash tower it's just amazing! The only reason am giving it a 4 star is that it is a little shaky when it spins I do t know if that's how it supposed to be . But o my o my it washes and dryers your clothes very clean best part you don't have to add time to your dryer it will automatically do so for you !

Enjoying this very much. Only issue i have is in the dryer at the bottom of the dorr is the lint trap when it's closed. When i open the door there is usually stuff stuck on the bottom of the door on the felt

I enjoy how easy to transfer from the wash to the dryer and it seem it has the same cycle. For wash and dry.

The washer dryer is really good. It seems to be capable of a lot but the instructions are vague. So I might have paid for more than I know how to use. Best Buy is not very helpful and they claimed they couldn’t install it. As soon as the delivery persons left I had it installed myself. I was hoping for a demonstration of the different capabilities but all they did was drop it off.

Remodeled kitchen and needed the washer and dryer in the kitchen. This model was the perfect fit. It's app features give you a customizable set of wash and dry settings.

What can you say this is such a space saver for a small laundry room so now were able to put in a cabinet with a countertop. My wife is vertically challenged and with the controls in the middle and the dryer on the top she can actually reach in without being on her tippy toes simple to operate works great no complaints

This is an amazing washer and dyer system. It's sleek, stylish and technologically advanced. If was kind of crazy watching them bring this in upstairs but once installed it was breathtaking and does the job and then some. You should definitely read the manual and learn everything about what this has to offer.

This appliance is very good looking, the "super model" of stacked washer and dryers! It's an energy saver plus very high tech; it has a steamer setting too. The only thing is it's limited capacity. This is for small loads for optimum performance.

We picked this stacked unit due to size constraints we had. Not only are they size friendly but they work great and look very stylish too! Very happy with our purchase so far!

It works well and is quiet thus far, washer has a quick wash cycle that is nice.

I am super happy with the LG Washtower. It is super easy to use and get connected to your wireless. The ability to use the ThinQ app is wonderful as you can download a cycle program, get the status of the load and remote start your cycles.

Love my new laundry center! It is much quieter than the stackable washer/dryer that I had before. Love the steam option. Turbo wash option cleans clothes thoroughly and half the time other washers do. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The washer/dryer tower looks elegant. The control panel is tap functionality and it is quite the experience. The washer did stink after a few cycles but I used the drum clean feature and shortly thereafter the sewer smell disappeared. Can’t wait to use the washer and dryer for a long time to come.

This product is a dream! Full size washer and dryer in a trimmed down stacked package. It works great and is relatively quiet. Also, Best Buy delivery and installation is absolutely top notch! Thank you!

Love it!! Great stackable washer/dryer. Perfect space for my condo. Ever since I purchased the LG machine the commercial on tv have been running nonstop. Easy use and functional.

It does the job, but the wash times are ridiculous. If I want to wash a "Normal" load and I want an extra rinse, it takes 2 hours. 2 HOURS!!! The same for a bedding load. These are the built-in settings. There is also a quick load that only takes about 20 minutes, so that is what I use for everything. Who wants to wash one load for 1 to 2 hours??? The dryer is also fine and has a number of built-in settings as well. There is also a setting where you can choose your own amount of time to dry, but you can't use the features with it...only wrinkle care which is a good feature. There is a steam setting that you can only use with the built-in settings. You can connect to wifi if you want, but why? Had I known that all the features were static and not available to me when I need them, I would not have chosen this washer/dryer combo. Imagine your electric bill if every wash takes over 2 hours.
