    I couldn't be happier with my purchase! It's been years since I bought a new washer/dryer and the LG is definitely computerized so my 11-year old grandson had to show me how to operate the settings. Really easy and the Best Buy salespeople were quite good at the sales process and scheduling a quick delivery. No pressure. I am very satisfied with the entire process. And, it looks good in my laundry room.

    I would purchase this again over the top loader. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stack washer and dryer to fit into a small space or closet. I would also purchase from best buy again. The installers were professional and timely and communicated well. It all was a very smooth process, I would go to best buy again for appliances. Thank you!
