Do not buy this machine from Best Buy

The malfunctioning began with the first load, leaking doors, smells of gas when in use, condensation building up on side dryer vent causing puddles on floor. Best Buy has miss handled the situation to get the broken machine out and new machine in, repeatedly. I will never buy an appliance from Best Buy ever again.

Washer is kind of close to the ground, we got the storage pedestal and it makes the unit a little difficult to remove items from the dryer but makes using the washer more enjoyable. Overall I’d give the product a 4 not a 5 due to alittle awkwardness to the washer/dryer heights. Overall I will give this a 2 because of the service received by bestbuy delivery & installation. I received 2 deliveries, both times they damaged the product and my home. Nothing major but was very agitating.

The dryer kept stopping, clothes weren't drying. Replaced with another and have the same problem. Changing manufacturer for next replacement. Glad I bought the Geek Squad membership!

Don’t buy open box tower washer/dryer

When recieved the washer was broken the rubber around it was warped Best Buy sent a repair man out also said had defects to suspension. Someone clearly returned the item and Best Buy did. Not even look at it before placing it for sale and listing it in excellent condition. This was a time consuming joke. I don’t recommend purchasing an open box or tower unit. It was returned and it was just a hassle

Beyond disappointed, best way I can put it.

Didn't even get to finish a load of laundry. The washer shook so violently that it moved from its original spot and nearly ripped the hoses off the appliance.

You need to not rely on written dimensions as it does not include the bulge in the back of the machines. Dimensions are only the outside edges of the machines. Does not account for the front or back which stick out. I had to return.
