I was excited about this machine. I really want to love it. I stayed up all night washing clothes the first week I bought it and I texted all of my friends stating I LOVE MY NEW WASHER. but now week 2., in my (Sommore voice).....here comes the side effects. I have washed two loads of clothes and the washer won't spin out. It takes forever to wash one load anyway, but even after 40 min of washing, and a twelve minute spin cycle, the washer is still full of water. This happened week one and I ignored it because I figured I just hadn't read the book yet. I have spun the clothes three times and the water just won't spin out. As much as I love it, I think I will send this back. I was already reluctant to spend $2,000 on it, but now I guess I'll go back to the basics with a cheap whirlpool machine. This is ridiculous. Not happy...

I really appreciated the effort to visit not once but twice to ensure the right product was ordered. I also appreciated the extra effort the delivery folks made….only two were asked to come even though the job spec said 4.

I read all of the reviews about leaks. Put the right amount of detergent in and you won’t have an issue. I used too much one time and about a quarter of a cup of water leaked out. Never happened again. It does a nice job washing clothes. That’s it’s job, right?

I was suprised to see this item on sale and made the purchase. The delivery time was much less than the scheduled delivery date. The delivery crew was excellent and had it up and running quickly. The washtower came off sale almost to the day it was delivered and is now almost $600 more. Lucky me!

My clothes dont smell and now I have new friends. I was so lonely with my old washer and dryer. I didnt realize how much I smelled with my old dirty clothes. After just a month with this washer and dryer I am in a long term relationship

Great unit. Helps to have controls at eye level for both dryer and washer.

Im in love with this washer and dryer combo,....tgey leave my laundry like no other!!!....i mean it, soft smells clean and is bright!

Fantastic machine does such a nice job on everything from delicates to heavily soiled work clothes. It all comes out so clean and fresh.

This thing is great. The AI tech really makes my clothes spin and rinse at the right settings. Pretty awesome.

Great product and the color is as pictured. Only thing you need to know is if you want the steam function to work you need an extra hose for that. It comes equipped with a splitter.

While the delivery guys were unable to hook up the hoses, we were able to get that refunded. They were quick and efficient. The machine itself seems to be working well.

so far so good, saves on water bill, nice investment to wash clothes and time saved on washing a load.

Modern, sleek, uses little water, remember additional request to hook water as well to dryer for steam features, as wasn’t done initially, hence 4/5, otherwise it’s nice unit.

Works as advertised. The custom download modes are the best to allow settings for each type of laundry load.

Great washer, dryer combo love that the controls are all closer to the ground. Easier to reach washes clothes, quicker dries clothes, quicker amazing purchase.

Bought so my wife will have an extra set to help her will endless kids laundry. She is happy with them. Can easily reach top dried. The only issue is that some laundry circles are only available through the app.
