There is not enough water to clean larger loads and dark washes have to be broken down into very smal loads because any odors will not come out with a larger load! I hate that I cannot just put it on a spin cycle if that is what I need or just a rinse cycle. It is overly complicated and I rather have a machine with simple knobs where I can easily choose the what I want to do! The dry time is ridiculous as well and takes forever!

We like to notifications you get on your phone when it’s done bc you can’t hear it run or turn off. Very good product.
