Easy to use, super quiet, really cleans clothes. Highly recommended.

It's quiet and cleans well. My only complaint is that the cycles are long, and you can't always see how long it will take before making your cycle selection.

The washer is large capacity which is exactly what we were looking for. It does an excellent job cleaning our clothes.

We’ve been using it for a month, with no complaints so far. Compared to our old one is very quiet. Other people complained about water left in the door gasket after cycle ended, or door being open by clothes during washing, we didn’t experience these. So far we’re happy with the purchase. Delivery was as scheduled, installation with no issues and quick.

My previous washer was very old I couldn’t believe how clean my clothes were how quiet this machine was without needing to use a lot of water. I was thrilled how fast Best Buy was able to get it to me. There were two men on the truck able to get my old machine out and get my new machine in and hooked up. One of the gentleman on the truck was named Darius he was so polite and courteous. Because of him I would consider purchasing from Best Buy again.

Lives up to its top rating in CR. And I find it quiet. But most importantly it does a great job cleaning clothes. Also I can put in just about any color or fabric into the same load, though I do 'delicate' to be on the safe side. Everything comes out great.

I decided it was time to replace my 14 year old Whirlpool Duet combo and selected this LG washer. So far it has exceeded expectations. The question is really will it last 14 years like the Whirlpool? I'm not counting on it, but you never know. It is super quiet and when it hits the high speed spin cycle you can barely tell. Lots of wash options to choose from and you can pretty much customize any wash to suit your needs.

Washer is VERY quiet. Easy to install, my Samsung stackable dryer fit on top. Washes and spins water out great. Will not give it a five until I have had it long enough to know it lasts… but so far so good.

Great washer. Works quietly and efficiently and gets our clothes clean. My wife loves all of the different cleaning options, and so far it has worked for over 1 year reliably without need for service. Great product, and great value!

This washer is superb! It's quiet, efficient, and easy to use. We love this and the accompanying dryer.

This is a pretty good washer but, when we first got it, I used the heavy duty cycle a few times and the clothes were warm and steamy at the end of the final rinse. It is only supposed to be a cold rinse. Ours doesn't have a steam setting or extra sanitizing cycle so I was confused. I contacted LG support and they kept insisting I had the hoses hooked up backwards. I did NOT! I got tired of trying to get answers so now we rarely use the heavy duty cycle. Other than that we're pretty happy with it. The quick wash cycle comes in handy for new garments. It does seem well made. Stainless drum. I have to choose yes or no but, I'm not sure if I would recommend it. With a proviso I guess I would.

Easy to use, quiet and dependable. This is our second machine.

This is the best washer I've ever used. I have owned 6 over the years and nothing else comes close. Among other things, the capacity is more than adequate for a family of four and the large door makes loading/unloading a breeze. Do yourself a favor and get the pedestal. It is certainly worth the extra $250 if you use the washer frequently.

We had to replace a GE washer. This machine works very well. The spin cycle is very effective and extremely quiet. Very happy

We bought this washer after our old one went out. It is extremely user friendly and gets our clothes clean! One thing I recently found out is that it alerts me when to run the "tub clean" cycle, which is much easier then me trying to guess.

The front load washer is quiet and easy to operate and does not vibrate.
