After purchase, the follow thru installation (scheduling) was abysmal. Too much to put in this review, I will at least tell you I hand carried my written detailed complaint explaining my ordeal to the store manager (Juan) on Aug 20.

I have complained to the geek squad who stated the washer would be replaced with a new one a week from now.

Absolute Junk!

It set in an empty vacation home for 8 months and was only used 15 times. Quit working and the Out of warranty repair will be over $500 due to a faulty pump drive. My repair tech said this is very common with these washers.

Stinky clothes

Even cleaning washer with bleach, vinegar, baking soda; washer leaves clothes stinky. We leave the door open and disoenser open after use. We have used more detergent, less detergent and clothes still smell.

LG washer and repair SUCKS

Suds we’re pushed out the vent on the back of the washer and onto the floor damaging the ceiling below. No way to pause the cycle. No “suds” system to allow it to calm or drain and rinse.

Also, this one did not work - the spin cycle did not work, everything came out sopping wet, and then the it stopped working completely after one week. I returned it.

Water Damage... returning

We tried it again and it worked ok. The following time it leaked again....
