Washing with LG

The only washer I wanted to replace it with is another LG front loader. Now an empty nester we didn’t get a washer like we had with all the bells and whistles. My last LG endured about two loads every day. I feel this LG will only have to endure about 2-3 loads a week and could last an easy 15+ years. As I go forward with replacing my appliances, it will only be LG.

The exchange of the Samsung (which couldnt be balanced) for the LG was hassle free, and i am enjoying the LG now. It is quiet, efficient and apart from slight vibration, which is to be expected, it runs as well or better than any washer Ive ever owned. Plus, i bought Geek Squad protection prior to this purchase; my four yo machine broke and the technician was knowledgeable. Even though the news was that I would have to buy a new machine, he knew enough about the reliability of brands to recommend the more reliable ones. This is my 7th Best Buy appliance purchase and even though one had to be returned right away because it was defective, i will not purchase appliances anywhere else.

Over rated

My previous washer would do a normal load in 54 minutes, this machine takes 90 minutes. Most loads also take an additional 13 minute spin cycle to wring out the load completely. Controls are counter intuitive and reset to default after each load.

Delivery was smooth and installation was professionally done. Very pleased with buying online and scheduling a delivery. This is my second LG front loader and the first one served us well for over a decade.
