Got this washer/dryer dip as a gift when I bought my first house. When we sold we left our washer and dryer at our old place. After using the washer and dryer left at our new house we were so disappointed. After a week we gave in and reordered this washer/dryer duo because of how nice quality they are, easy to use, and many modes to chose from. I definitely recommend this brand & product!

We purchased this washer in 2020. We have had zero issues with it 4 years later. Still washes our clothes well. We leave the door open when not in use and haven’t had any mold or mildew on seals.

This replaced a much older washer. The older washer had more manual controls, which I sort of like better. This one is 'smarter', most of the settings are automatic and are 'sensed' by the washer once the cycle starts. It is harder to override the settings. But, in the end it washes the clothes well... And, it has a much larger capacity, which is real nice for washing comforters, blankets, etc.

My stackable dryer stopped working abruptly. Unfortunately, none of the new models are the same size so I had to settle for side by side models. Although I would have rather purchased a different material/color this washer does have a clean, simple design. It has a large capacity, but takes forever. I may need to use the gentle cycle because the normal setting adjusted for medium spin can take over 80 minutes at times! It is also challenging to see the light to show which cycle you have selected and there is no light to tell you for how long you can still add a garment. One great feature is a tiny drain in the front for excess water and debris. Overall it does the job, but I'm not thrilled with this product.

Got a great price and the delivery was timely and smooth to replace my previous broken machine. This unit had great reviews on Consumer Reports and so far so good.

I’ve had these for 3 years now and I like them decent enough but my biggest complaint is that it barely uses any water so it takes forever to wash clothes and they also smell like mildew after an hour of sitting there. Other than that I haven’t really had any issues with the either one. No complaints really in the dryer other than the sensor sucks and it never fully dries my clothes unless it’s a medium small load exactly so I always use the timed dry

This washer is even nicer than our old Maytag Neptune, which, at the time, was top of the line, and lasted us decades. Hoping this one will last as long.

So far the washer is working very good. Has many different cycles. Helps you determine what cycle you need with clear choices. I can Also customize my load. For example I can select light soil and low spin for a small delicate load. I like that flexibility. I did have a problem at first but it wasn’t due to the washer. MAKE SURE STYROFOAM PIECE IS REMOVED! After the installers left I started a load and it squeaked loudly. I called Best Buy and had them swap out the washer. As they were removing the “bad” washer a piece of styrofoam fell out of the bottom. It was huge. When they went to bring in new washer I saw how it could happen. They put their foot down on the styrofoam packing around the bottom to remove it. The middle piece broke off. So I told them about it and they removed it. No more squeaking!

So far so good. Quiet. Great delivery. Seems a little more cheap or plasticy than other LG models, but still has good LG engineering.

Quiet and convenient, but very very slow. It takes 92 minutes to wash a moderate load, which is almost 3 times as long as my old washer.

JUST REPLACED MY 14 YEAR OLD GE FRONT LOADER WITH THIS ONE AND THE SPIN CYCLE IS SECOND TO NONE
