This machine is high tech so it will turn off if it or the load is a little uneven. That’s very frustrating when you’re trying to get a load done and it keeps stopping because something isn’t perfect, and you watch the machine spin back and forth slowly deciding if it’s good enough or not

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought specific , CR recommended, front load washer as our washer died and we were without a washer. four days later a washer arrived and when removed from container it was damaged beyond use, delivery apologized, and said mgt would be contacting me. no one called. when I called I was told it would be more than 2 months for a replacement , but, I could purchase a much higher priced model. cancelled order, amazon delivered same washer four days later. I recommended the item , not the seller.

Disappointed in LG

It worked fine for 1 month and then it just wouldnt power on again. I exchanged it and got the same one but hoping for a different outcome, but nope. Once again after 1 month, the same thing happened, it wont power on. I did some troubleshooting with the first one and that didnt help, so wont waste time the second time around. Im sure LG has good washing machines but this model isnt one. I also got the dryer which hasnt given me a problem yet. Best buy team is the best in helping me get a different model, but LG team is not professional or helpful and they didnt call back until 2 weeks after the first one broke down. But , but, but this washer did clean my clothes really good and my king size bedding did fit ( when the washer decided to work).

Cleans well, but won't save settings

The only think I do not like is I have to reset the cycles every time I have a new load. I always have an extra rinse and wash in cold. There is no way to save these selections. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and very efficient.

There is hardly any water going into the washer. The washer is only allowing a small amount of water so since Ive had this I have not been able to wash a load of clothes.

We understand the importance of having your LG Washer (WM3400CW) model perform reliably and deliver the right amount of water for effective cleaning. LG high-efficiency washers use less water by sensing load weight. If you think the water level is too low to start, check your Inlet Filters as a troubleshooting step. Turn off the home water faucets and detach the hot and cold water hoses from the washer's back.
Find the small plastic filters in the water inlet valves.
Use needle-nose pliers to carefully remove them and rinse under running water to eliminate any sediment or mineral buildup that could restrict water flow.

The friendly crew came in the designated window. They both emailed and called before arriving. They had the old washer removed, the new washer installed, and my demonstration complete in less than 20 minutes.

The only complaint that I gave is the machine takes so much time to wash a load, like 60+ minutes. Plus it’s very sensitive to being of balance if the clothes shift to one side. Then the machine will auto correct and take longer to wash a load sometimes 90 minutes.
