    Very good value and works great. The only issue is that if you do not use the correct setting (I.e. bedding) it can be noisy in the spin cycle

    I am not particularly fond of this washer. This is actually my 3rd washer of this model, as each of the previous 2 had issues. It is not the same quality as my previous LG brand washer that i purchased in 2007. This new washer and the 2 previous ones are just not well built for anyone who uses their washer multiple times per day. I do like the washer, and i think it would be great for someone who does laundry every couple of days or once per week. It is just not built to deal with the amount of laundry we have.

    DOES NOT CLEAN CLOTHES WELL

    I researched for a month before purchasing a washer and dryer and this one had the best reviews. When I finally received it and did several loads my clothes and towels were not getting clean enough. It took a full hour of washing a load before I could really see some good results. I once had a very old top load Kenmore washer and dryer and it took half the time to thoroughly wash a load. Very disappointed. I just knew with all the rave about how well it washed a load that I was in for a treat. Well.... not so much. Very pretty but does not do the job well.

    Bad experience

    I had a problem where I bought a washing machine and clothes dryer through the chat. Where they came to install today. The stacking kit was missing. I asked the seller. It's not in my order, I don't know how. I have as proof the chat conversation I received by email. He said he would send it along with all the necessary material for installation and that I shouldn't worry. In short, I had to buy this accessory today through best buy and I will wait until Saturday to install it. I'll be 3 more days without being able to wash my clothes. I wouldn't buy it again due to this embarrassment and I don't recommend that you buy it. Bad experience.

    Disappointed

    I purchased this machine in February of 2020 and in May of 2021 the machine has already broken the counter balance, the door lock and the internal drum. I contacted LG directly for repair but because I was outside the factory warranty they needed to give me a "courtesy" extension which took 15 days to get approved after I spent 2 hours on hold to speak with a supervisor who approved it right away on the phone. Every time I called for a follow up I spent an unrealistic amount of time on hold only to be greeted with a call center that follows a script which has no way of properly dealing with my problem. Most of the time when I try to get any information I get hung up on or sent to a machine to give a review of the "help" I was given. I now am dealing with AE Factory Service. They sent a technician to work on the machine ordered parts and was supposed to come back a week later to fix the machine. They sent parts to my house but the box was completely empty and the other package floating somewhere in transit with no shipping information available to view. I constantly reschedule appointments for service only to be cancelled 30 minutes later with a voicemail stating I need to reschedule my service. At this point in time it is now July and I still have not been able to speak to a real person about the empty box of parts. Nor have I been able to schedule an appointment without it getting cancelled 30 minutes later. In conclusion I will never be recommending LG products to anyone of my friends or family especially when it comes to getting service done. If I could give 0 stars I would give it just on the fact I spend hours on hold only to get a call center that has scripted responses that provide me with no information that is useful to my issue.

    Got rid of of our decades old top loading washer. Got a new and efficient LG washer. The bearings went after 6 years. Awful.

    I buy a 5 year plan for the washer and drier. I call 2 years ago for service repair. But is a codiv time they dont have pleole for repair. Somebody need to callme. But nobody call. And now my washer dont spint .I call one more time. And they tollme. My garanti is spired. I splaind what happend 2 years ago. But they dont care.

    LG Washer

    We purchased this washer in December of 2022. Unbelievably, it is leaking. We had a repair technician come out and learned that the washer dispenser hose is leaking. He said that rarely happens. How in the world is this possible on a washer that isn't even 2 1/2 years old? It is disappointing to say the least.

    Don’t waste your money with LG

    Get another brand that you don’t have to empty out water accumulated after various uses because some machine like mine never drain 50%. Even with BB extended warranty the problem was never solved because LG support will never exchange your machine even during first 90 days. We now avoid LG!

    Not designed for repair

    If you want to buy another washing machine in 3 years, than continue with your purchase. The washer was ok until a door error code, we tried to fix it, continued to get an error. There was an issue with the PC board and the repair cost more than a new washer. This is planned obsolescence at its worst. The designers and engineers at LG need to design for maintenance and repair. Additionally, I wouldn’t purchase a front load washer again, this one often leaked.

    No more LG for me!

    Purchased this same model 3/26/2021. 3.5 years old. the washer streaks our clothing and the temperature setting doesn't work. Attempted to make a warranty claim but the LG warranty only covers the drive motor. they wanted to charge me a flat rate of $400 to come fix it. I paid $700 three years ago. I would not recommed this washer.

    LG front load washing machine

    Horrible machine. It's very loud. The intake of water was very rough and made my water pipes pop every time. I didn't clean cloths in the same load evenly. Some items smelled clean and others stank. My cloths always had a weird odor. I tried several different detergents and various laundry products to see if they would help with the smell. I had to use a tub cleaner every week. And the motor burned out after only 2 years.
