What an upgrade. I replace a top loading machine with this one and the results are great. Quiet and efficient, the clothes come out almost dry. I love it.

Had been suffering through a top load washer. This front loader is easy to use, does a great job getting clothes really clean and seems to be very gentle on clothes. Everything my top loader did not do! Live the ease of selecting temp, wash cycle etc.

Good for the price. The first one leaked but BB replaced it with another and works well. Clothes do spin great so takes very little time to dry even heavy clothing. Rather quiet which is a must.

This washer cleans my clothes thoroughly and uses water very efficiently. Some of the cycles are long, so allow at least 1 hour, depending on the size of the load. I also purchased a pedestal so that I wouldn't have to bend as much when retrieving my clothes from the washer. Because the washer is up on a pedestal, it shakes and vibrates a bit during the spin cycle. This is not due to faulty construction of the washer; it's simply due to the fact that it's sitting on top of the pedestal. Overall, this is a good quality washer and I would recommend it. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles which is fine with me. I was looking for a basic, good quality washer and that's exactly what this is!

This is an amazing machine that is also a good value. Installation is easy (key is leveling the machine correctly). The direct drive motor is worth every penny as the clothes come out super clean and almost dry. Our dryer has much less to do and that saves money. The washer has intelligent technology that assesses the load and programs itself accordingly. It is so much better than our Mayting belt driven front loader. The biggest reason I bought this machine beyond the performance is that it is user repair capable. Parts, videos and instructions are available for the handy person to attempt repair if needed. It also has a self diagnositic tool onboard.

Our Samsung washer died suddenly after four years of twice weekly use. Just having a repair person come out was going to be over $200. With repairs it would be a lot more so we decided to get a new washer. My mother has an LG and loves it. Consumer Reports rated this one pretty high. After over one year it's still going strong.

Does not have all the options of a machine we got 5 years ago for less money but it is quiet and cleans clothes well. We had a problem early on but an LG technician came quickly and fixed it at no charge.

This LG machine is very similar to the one I had before. Very simple to use, very quiet and it has a great design.

Washer and dryer are quiet and efficient. An added bonus wasXavier and Randy who did a great job with installation. They arrived promptly and went about their work cleanly and professionally. Top job, gentlemean.

When I first had this delivered I didn't think it was working right. I called customer service and had a very difficult time. First they were just going to replace it but their technicians wouldn't touch it since I had an older dryer sitting on top. So I called in again and they finally sent someone out who was great and showed me how to use the washer. That was all I needed. Unfortunately I kept getting calls and messages that my new washer was ready and a work order to replace my dryer.

This washer is huge inside, and does an amazing job !!! Clothes come out almost dry, and they're so clean. And it's beautiful.

Large enough capacity washer to fulfill all my washing needs, including a king-size comforter. Nice and quiet, and gets the load washed faster than the old front-load washer this one is replacing.

It's a decent size for a family. Our previous washer was Frigidaire which last 21 years. Hopefully, this one will last that long too. Not too many bells & whistles like wifi-connect or sending emails etc. Just the basics and so far, it washes very well. Very silent too. Value for money!

I like this energy star washer as it runs quietly with a relative large capacity. It fits most of the laundry rooms as it can stack up a dryer. I likes LG because we have been using this brand and are familiar with the features.

Great capacity and does a good job drying loads. Very quiet operation. The sensor dry not perfect as it does have a tendency to leave some clothes slightly damp.

Washer is great, very quiet, large capacity. delivery was easy and available in a couple days which was blessing since my previous washer broke.

This washer is perfect. After dealing with almost a year of issues with my old washer that was new but had many defects, I feel so happy with this one! NO ISSUES since bought! I love it. Simple to use and washes perfectly.
