Of all the luck, on Christmas day our washing machine (12+ years old) decided to stop working. We know we’ve had ir fixed several times recently sonwe decided it was time ro replace it. Decided to go eith this model so it would match our dryer and it was on sale too for a decent price. Got it delievered a couple days later and had the old one hauled off. Very friendly delivery guys. New washer works as expected. Nothing too fancy on it.

This washing machine uses less water than our old one, and the clothes are cleaner! It makes more noise than our old one, which is the only drawback. Good price, good efficiency, great features. We've very satisfied.

We've had our washer now for over a month and so far, it's been really good. It's quiet, doesn't vibrate at all and it cleans the clothes well. The capacity is very good. No regrets at all and would recommend this washer.

Wish this model had a Spin Only cycle when water is left standing. Used Express Wash (10 min.) to remove water instead. Otherwise: quiet, good size, versatile, and good price point. Purchased 1 month ago. Jury still out.

After too long of a relationship with an agitator washer, this washer has been the perfect rebound that is quickly turning into the real deal for us! The washer is energy efficient, quiet, and has enough variation in settings to address our outdoor gear and more delicate items. I also appreciate how quiet it is. Very glad we chose this washer. We also opted for installation services and the Best Buy installation crew was very communicative about when they would be arriving, practiced safe covid precautions, took the time to demonstrate functionality and answer our questions, which was well worth the extra money.

Very quiet, plenty of capacity, cleans clothes well. It does the job its supposed to do.

So far we are loving our LG set! Large capacity which is great! Spins out fabulously, no complaints so far definitely recommend this brand. My parents have an LG front loader set and have had it for over 10 years no problems.

Great product, but hell getting there. First purchase was defective. Trying to get it resolved through the Geek Squad was full of run-around and excuses. Only after I emailed the local store in Cary was the issue taken care of to my satisfaction. They replaced the defective LG washing machine, and so far, so good. Alex at the Cary store was great. The Geek Squad was useless. The LG washing machine cleans better than any machine I’ve ever had, and I have had Maytag and Kenmores. The tub capacity enables you to wash a full size quilt/comforter with ease. Be sure and read the owner’s manual that comes with it. The second installation crew was fantastic, very professional and they knew what they were doing.

Easy to use. Uses very little water. Quiet. Adjusts to load. We don't sort clothes, except white and color, but Normal does a good job with everything.

We're a few months in now with this washing machine. It's much larger than our last -- great capacity for towels, clothing, etc. Appears to be cleaning everything well. Very happy with this purchase!

Very nice machine. Super quiet. Cleans well. We tried the bedding cycle. The Engineers must have programmed it not to use high spin, but the bedding came out damper than we expected. No problem, but took longer in the drier

We have only had this a few days so don't quote me on reliability....but I am extremely impressed with how quiet this is and how nice it cleans the cloths. Going today to buy the dryer.

Washer does a fabulous job. Quite frankly the clothes are clean and spun dryer than the old Kenmore we had so less time in the dryer. Features are easy to navigate. We really are happy with this new machine

Great laundry washer for our family of four. Simple to use and energy efficient. Our clothes come out clean and fresh. Does not need all the bells and whistles, and it just gets the job done. LG all the way!

An efficient and quiet machine. Economically priced and well appointed with more than adequate features. We have used it now for more than two weeks and are very pleased with its performance to date.

We hadn’t had a front loading washer before but after 4 months of use we are really glad we bought this one. Very efficient, quiet and carefree. No issues with mold/musty smells.

I love how quiet this washer is. Yes, it takes a little longer to cycle than some, but it uses much less water and clothes are very clean, so no complaints.
