This is a well engineered washing machine. As a front load washer, LG has addressed the mold/smell problem by adding a feature that keeps the door proped open for moisture evaporation. And there is a catch drawer to check for lost socks and that which can block the drainage of the water from the washer. The only down side is that most wash cycles are close to an hour; however, that ensures that the clothes are really clean and rinsed well. And there is a 15 minute "short" cycle that works for those who are impatient. I highly recommend this product.

Absolutely love this washer-dryer pair. Controls are easy and my clothes have never come out so well. I'm not using it as stackables so they are next to each other which his the main problem: I bought them thinking the doors could be reversed but turns out, only one can. So a door is still open in the middle of them when transferring wet clothes from washer to dryer. A pain in the neck. If you can switch the position it could work but if, like me, the dryer has to be to the left of the washer be aware of the issue.

I am impressed with the LG washer I bought. I do not use as a stackable it rests on the floor. It is quiet it spins the clothes very dry on final spin. The clothing is clean.

The washer works great! I got it as an open box unit and the damage was minimal. The price was amazing. It washes well and does what it is supposed to. One thing I dislike is that if I do not leave the door open on it for a few hours after a wash, it starts to get a mildew smell from water not drying out in it. The washer is in a laundry closet and having to keep the door open means the closet door won't close either.

Pleased with my purchase that is easy to use, quiet and gets the job done. I stack this with the dryer and love that it frees up space in my laundry room. Highly recommendp

Works good and gets the clothes CLEAN! Do you know what I mean!!!!!

Been putting this thing to work almost everyday for about a year or so now. Still works like new! My only gripe is the rubber seal around the inside likes to collect too much moisture and molds easily. Have to be pretty vigilant about cleaning it out after each cycle.

It doesn’t take up much water, cleans very nice, and it’s not as noisy as your typical washer. You can literally create a tower on top of the washer with playing cards and it won’t even move at all!!

So far we’re extremely pleased with the LG Front Loading Washing Machine. Clothes come out clean, smelling fresh, and without visible soap residue.

I absolutely love this machine. Its quiet, it can hold a lot, I love the features, It's easy to use. And the pricing was in within my budget.

Does a great job of cleaning clothes. I was sad to see that the door opening was not able to be swapped. To be able to open the door in the opposite direction would make loading the dryer a lot easier. If your washer placement would be on the left side it will work great for you. Now that I think about it every place that I lived in the past 20 years the washer has been on the right side.

It uses super less water. run quitely and shorter period comparing with our old washer and my mom's one. The clothes are super dried after washing. I love it so far. The delivery man gave me very detailed instructions on using it. He tried to fix the position of the washer to appropriate way so I can open the washer door easier with our small laundry space. I would love to give 5 stars of delivery service but I don't think I ever see the survey email for him. Bought 2 appliances at Best Buy and love their services so far

Washer washes clothes well and is quiet. Guts are the same as the more expensive models and as I don't use the extras this machine made the most sense.

LG front load washer is the easiest and reliable washer. The spin dry gets all the water out.

Absolutely love my new washer. It is a perfect in my laundry room and the added pedestal makes the loading even easier.

Was bought to replace a washer that was going bad. Easy to use and does an excellent job on cleaning laundry. This has been performing great for almost a year. I highly recommend LG! Great performance and reasonable pricing.

This washer is so simple to use. There is a setting for all my different types of loads & size of the load. It is so quiet & my laundry comes out smelling fresh every time
