Excellent washer. It is simple, affordable, and washes any size load completely clean. It's not the fastest, but who's racing to get their laundry done. Put it in and go do something else. Clothes come out almost dry which saves on the drier electric or gas bill. Do you really need al those other bells and whistles to clean your clothes?? Not really; just more to break.

Replaced an older GE washer that left residue on clothing. This washer is quieter and cleans the clothing without and issues.

I’ve had my new washer for a couple of months now, and I love it! The controls are easy to use and it’s energy efficient. I’ve never had a front load washer before, and I will never go back. I’m short and would always “fall” into my old top load washer! And never mind trying to reach change at the bottom! But now with my front load, no more worries! And it’s the perfect height on the drawer riser thingy. Makes laundry time fun again!

So this washer is awesome! Really quiet and cleans great! However after having it for slightly more than a month it is broken. Really? Had my last Samsung washer for over 10 years before it broke. Hoping customer service will be great though.

Very good product, easy to use, and very quiet. But it took longer timer to finish a normal washing cycle than my old LG washer.

The LG washer and dryer have excellent capacity and clothes are clean not wrinkled.

I absolutely love LG products. This one is a little different from my last one which I bought that maybe 15 years ago. So I just have to get used to the knobs but other than that LG is number one in my books.

At the moment, the washer is performing perfectly. Much quieter than my previous frontload washer (LG...approximately 14 yr old). Very happy with my decision to go with LG again.

I've had it for a month now. It is quieter than my old front-loader and cleans well while leaving the clothes very well wrung-out. Drying time is then less.

I was so excited to finally get a washer that can handle my king size comforter. All cycles do a wonderful job. My dryer is louder than washer!! Because of covid-19, the washer was only dropped on my porch. I had to set up. I pulled out the paperwork for the quick set. Started my first empty load per the instructions. The washer was loud and vibrating across the floor with a screechy sound. I pulled out the actual manual. I had to remove the shipping bolts in the back!!! The quick set up DOES NOT tell you to do this. Removed them and all is good.

Quiet and efficient. This washer has enough programs to be adaptable without all the unnecessary frills.

5 stars for the washer and 3 starts for the delivery guys who forgot to turn on the gas before they left and refused to use the pedestals from our old LG Pedestals. I had to put them on the pedestals myself after they left. Previously we had a 14 year old LG washer very similar to this but a little higher end model. We realized we never used those higher end features so we went with this. It is great. The washer is on a second floor and there is no shaking during the spin cycled even on the pedestal. I did add the washer antivibration feet, but I don't think that was even needed.

Works just as a washing machine should - just like previous LG machine. Easy to use and plenty of space. Nice selection of different wash cycles.

I love my new LG washer! It is very quiet; can hardly hear it running. When I washed a lightweight queen size comforter/bedspread, the spin cycle did not remove all the water, it was visible at the bottom of the washer. After contacting LG, they advised that there was nothing wrong with the machine, but to run the spin cycle again. I did not have to do that with my previous LG washer which I used for 10 years before giving it away still running.
