I like this product so far. I have never owned a front-load washer before and it takes some adjustments. I have not yet figured out how to use some of the special cycles. Large items like sheets or men’s pajamas tend to get tangled and then get off-balance, an effect that is harder to manage than in a top-loader. Controls are easy to understand and use. I like that the door can be remounted on other side.

i’ve had an LG washing machine before and it lasted about 14 years. literally the only reason i bought a new one was because the other one stopped working but this washing machine is the best. it washes real good and these are very long lasting. i recommend:)

So far so good. Cleans well, easy to use so far no unbalanced loads. Just need to keep it dry.

It has big capacity , easy to start and washes real well. It starts weighing first and then time will be decided depend on weight of laundary

I needed to replace my old Samsung washing machine. LG came with the best recommendations from the repairman who came to try to fix my Samsung washer. I've had this machine for a month now and I am impressed. This machine uses less water than the older Samsung but gets my clothes clean also with less detergent. I highly recommend this washer.

Best buy's price includs delivery and installation, unit arrived on scheduled time, beautiful machine with easily accessible dials and buttons, operation is easy and straightforward, front loading made loading and retrieving laundry items easy, operation noise is negligible, however I notice the wash cycle is a bit longer for a regular load than my other top loading machines, it seems to use less water per load also, I'm happy with it so far

This replaces a Samsung washer with similar size. It's noticeably quieter.

Works well, easy to use. One star removed because there is a smell if seal around door isn't cleaned.

achine works OK. What this is really about is "Open Box". Thats what I got, but what I did not realize was that the shipping bolts had been removed. I was originally sold to some one else and returned to the store and put out on the floor for sale. There is a very good chance it was broken before it was ever delivered to me. It should never be shipped with out the shipping bolts and the installer is supposed to show them to you. I did not realize until later. Right away the tub started to bang up against the inside of the cabinet. I called Best Buy in Framingham Ma, back and they never returned my call. When I called to get a phone number for LG for service they could not provide one. had to go on line to set up repairs. LG was very prompt and the service guy new his stuff. Took the machine apart and was amazed to find the rear lower shock mount was ripe loose and badly bent. Luckily the mounting point was OK and he could replace the shock. At this point it is working as advertised and what I expected. Also Best Buy never called me about an extended warranty. I had to go down to the store and fight with them to get that. With all the electronics in these always buy the extended warranty and make sure you us a surge suppressor on the outlet, these tips came from the service guy.

I like my LG-4.5 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle High Efficiency Front Loading Washer with 6Motion Technology. It is very quiet. I also like the many features that it has—the wash cycles for bedding, towels, etc. I didn’t think I’d like a front-loading washer because all I ever had was a top-loading, but I found that I like the front-loading even better than the top. It’s much easier to load than the top-loading. The water adjustment feature based on the load size makes sense so that there’s not too much water being used. I like that feature.

Love this washer. It out performs any washer I have used in the past. It is quiet, efficient and handles king sized quilts with no problem!

I've had it for almost a year now and I think it runs great. It spins really fast to get the clothes nearly dry. I think in the future though, I might still prefer a top-load because I can't just drop the entire load of laundry into the washer now. :( But it still does incredible wash!

Needed to replace an older washer (17 year old Kenmore Elite) that was still operating but our dryer needed $400 in repairs to we bought this washer and an LG dryer. The rubber collar is still a pain to have to wipe dry after every days use. The washer clean clothes much better and we are very pleased with its performance. We also bought the pedestals for the new set to mount higher. Saves a lot of bending over! Now, with the closure of Sears, all our Kenmore appliances are being replaced with LG products because of the consumer reports ratings.

The washer runs well and is really quiet! It gets the clothes clean, and it can handle big loads (a couple of towels plus a load of clothes), so we're mostly happy. The all-digital controls are confusing. It's not easy to set specific times for washing, and the manual doesn't give detailed instructions. I am learning to figure out my favorite settings, but I ilke the old-style manual controls better.
