So far so good. It's very quiet, doesn't use a lot of water and get the clothes clean. No issues.

Best: Best products. Best overall price/discounts/rewards back :) Worst: Online prices changed all the time: Wed, Thursday and Friday 6/16-19/2020. Price offered online was not what I got... but still best deal. Couldn't order online without waiting over an hour and then concerned that wouldn't get right. Outcome: I had to visit BB locally. Curtis the Manager was great and his employees did a great job. They made the deal work... So staff @ store 10. Online experience 2... . Products/price 10.

The in-store experience was excellent with knowledgeable and very attentive assistance. We knew what we wanted, and the salesperson endorsed the selection. The experience would have been perfect, but the installers damaged the valve on the cold-water supply and left us with a slow leak that did not readily appear. We needed a plumber and Best-Buy covered the cost. 5 stars for Best-Buy, but none for their contracted installer.

Great washing machine purchased with matching LG dryer. Easy to use and our clothes come out clean. We are hoping that we will not run into any problems with debris or mold buildup under the front main rubber seal. We know we have a responsibility in this also so we plan on doing everything that is recommended to avoid this issue that can be common in front load washing machines.

This replaced a LG washer of the same type and size after 10 yrs of usage. I hope this one lasts that long. This one is a LOT quitter than my old one. I hardly notice it's running at all. And it's a lot quicker. Took some adjusting to the digital controls, as I was used to the older model with just a few buttons and a dial. Overall, I'm very happy with this washer.

After 30 days of use, washer is nice. Had a similar sized Samsung previously that during the spin cycle sounded like a plane taking off. The Samsung unit was not that old and after some research, settled on this LG unit. Hopefully it lasts longer than that Samsung. So far everything is good. Not as many features as the last washer but has plenty of options and is pretty quiet.

This washer is by far the best washer i have ever owned... love the features and ease of use and it is super quiet!

This machine is easy to use, and it cleans way better than our previous top load machine that has an agitator.

I bought the washer to go with the dryer I had purchased. I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s very quiet and the clothes come out very clean.

Only just started using it. Had to do some adjustments to the closet to get this to fit because it was built for a 2.4 Cu. Ft. machine (condo size). My contractor did a good job so it now stacks with 7.4 dryer. Quiet spin cycle and minimal vibration.

This is my first front loader washer, it cleans very well on cold water setting. I do not even have the hot water hooked up to save electricity. Im sure the hot water is better for sterilization but it is not needed for cleaning. I can see it uses very little water compared to my old top loader, saving even more electric.

My wife loves her new washer by LG!! Very quite. Also, a huge capacity!
