Love this washer it’s fast and quiet but cleans really good!!

Made life a lot easier! High capacity, easy settings with clear meanings, and a large display so you can customize your wash without trouble. Wash quality itself is good. Have used a variety of detergents, liquid and pod, and no issues. Overall a solid unit.

Love this appliance! Quiet operation and much more efficient in water usage and laundry product usage than my old washer! I am also doing many fewer loads per week, which has yielded a $20 reduced fee on my water bill! Great product!!!

I love the look of the washer and how it cleans. However, the instructions are sketchy and I cannot seem to get the door to open in mid wash. Also, don’t understand why most settings have a double dash instead of a number for how long it will wash.

Our washer developed a leak one morning, and by the next day we had determined the drain pump was the culprit. We were all set to be travelling within four days and had laundry to do, so we did not have time to repair it ourselves. Two different repairmen said it would cost at least $350 and it would be 3 days before they could get to it. We went online shopping to see what a new washer of the same type and size (since the washer and dryer are stacked) would cost. Once again, Best Buy to the rescue with the same brand and size, but one model better, for $300 more than the lowest estimated repair. Best of all, we picked it up curbside and installed it in two days! Plenty of time to get our laundry ready to travel!!
