Love this washer and the quick delivery to my home! The washer is easy to use, clothes wash well, and the best part is that the machine sets time according to how much you wash at once. Would highly recommend this product and Best Buy as the place to purchase!

It will not allow the use of bleach. The 'add to liquid soap drawer' does not mention that the bleach goes straight into the laundry without dilution. If the door is open it goes straight onto the door gasket, my legs, feet, floor. I have had two pairs of pants splashed, and a sweater destroyed when it landed on top of the cotton crocheted item. Who puts out a washer that will not allow liquid bleach to be safely used? So, there is a big routine, dilute, fill, stop, unlock, add, then put the laundry in. NO Rinse & Spin cycle either, drain and spin - yes. Forget about caring for knits. Would I like my old Kenmore back, pay the repair bill and carry on? Oh, yes. For a normal load of towels in hot water - over an hour of electricity use. Not cheap to run, not easy to run, and no re-do. Put the bleach in the tub first and I get the same hot spots. Service: LG has the worst possible management team. As for the design team my mama could have done better, they have no idea of the use. I purchased this machine after my Samsung died. Overall I am pleased with the quality of this washer. It has a spin cycle that is much longer than my previous washer which I find lessens the burden on my dryer.

The machine runs beautifully. Has all the settings for all of our needs. Very important we used Best Buy for the delivery and set up and the employees they used were wonderful. Our home is up on 12 foot pylons and these guys did a wonderful job no dinging anything.

Is loud still trying to figure out how to completely work it it’s a lot of thing settings on there. But it is very nice and wash your clothes very well. My son has nose bleeds and it was bad on his pillow case and pillow I mean real bad one wash clean everything look like new!

Quiet through all cycles until spin. Has clicking noise when spinning but clothes are not overly wet when they come out. I like not having a loud buzz when done, has tune. Easy to use after trying a few time.
