I am extremely pleased with this washer. I was especially impressed by the way it cleaned my comforter. Not only was the comforter well washed, but it was free of cat hair.

Washer works well. Uses less water which means it takes a longer period of time to wash. Clothes are clean. Use is extremely quiet. It does require door seal and rubber ring is dried after each load to remove excess water. Love my new washer thus far.

Great product. Fits more clothes than we had anticipated. Fits our space perfectly. Love the happy sound it makes at the end of each load. Pick up at the store was quick and easy. Got a rebate from local electric company for buying an energy star appliance. Purchased the matching dryer and a stack kit and it all went together really smoothly

Before we always owned Samsung. BUT our new LG washer and dryer are much much better. e.g. The washer STAYS in the same position during the time that it does it's HIGH speed spin cycle. IT DOES NOT MOVE AROUND! MUCH BETTER. Our Samsung showed signs of RUSTING. Not good? LG, as Consumers Reports validates, is the way to go!!!

This washing machine is surprisingly quiet. Ive washed on every function and Im very happy with how clean everything feels. Definitely apply the grip stickers on the front legs. The machine did vibrate without them. Now, barely a sound.

This machine seems to work great on all settings except the 'normal' cycle. Using the 'normal' cycle, the machine puts such a tiny amount of water in during the rinses, and for such a super-short period of time, that at the end of the wash cycle, the clothes are still warm from the hot wash, and haven't nearly been rinsed at all. I had to run them through several rinse-only cycles to get them rinsed before drying. This tiny amount of water and short rinse time doesn't happen during the other cycles, such as 'bedding' or 'towels.' In those cycles, the machine uses the expected amount of water and for a longer duration, and clothes come out perfectly rinsed (and cold from the cold rinse water at the end of the cycle). Very strange design. So, to accommodate, I just do all my loads using the 'bedding' or 'towels' cycle for everything.

This is a great little wash machine which seems to use very little water. We can't wait to get our next water bill to see how much money we are saving. We are a family of 3 people and 3 dogs so there is always something that needs washing. Very quiet.

Purchased for my mom’s new home and she loves it. Using either the matching dryer and with the pedestals, so it is a just the right height for loading and unloading. The controls are straightforward and easy to use. Washer has all the settings she needs and more. A definite upgrade from her older Whirlpool set. Nice looking, also.

We have not used it long enough to give a reliable opinion. So far we like it, washes the clothes really good. It has a great spin cycle and uses less detergent than my last machine. I like it but as I said we just got it delivered 4 days ago.
