The only concern I have had is that twice out of the 2 weeks I have had this washer, I have had some clothes completely rung out and some completely soaked. It hasn't happened every time and the two times it did happen it wasn't even a full load. Other than thise two times, we haven't had any issues.

At first it was a little difficult to figure out the settings but after a few loads it was no problem. Its very quite and does a great job with everything from whites to delicates. It does seem to take longer than my last washer but it depends on the setting. Overall it was a great purchase.

I am very happy with this LG so far. Also, I prefer that it has fewer cycles than most; just another thing that can go wrong.

Not a fan of front loader

The was time is longer and the door has to be left open when was completed to air dry. The performance great and the noise level is quiet. Our only issue is that the drain hose must be connected to the utility sink now, since the pump is not strong enough to drain all the water out, causing a few soaked articles of laundry. Still working in a solution. LG never showed up when I opened a service request.

The team that showed up was on time, polite and took Covid precautions. Very happy with the experience. The washer does everything it’s supposed to do and feel the price was a good value.

Easy to use control panel and low noise level. The short song at the end was unexpected and sure beats the usual loud buzz. Very happy with it :)

Water saving washer

Living in a drought prone state, water consumption is a concern. This product uses less water than a top loader. I would also say items really do come out far less damp, but they are still very clean.

Had I know this, I would’ve ordered the one above the 4000 series. This was what the installer said I could use, since the 4000 series drain hose is not long enough. LG and Best Buy didn’t have accurate pics for the 4000 series. Wish I bought the 5000 series one.

Both run quiet and have little movement on the floor. The controls are functional and easy to navigate. Both are appliances are ascetically appealing. The price point was excellent. We recommend both appliances.

The clothes come out clean. Lots of options. The spinning cycle is light years better than old style. While the washing cycle is longer, it makes drying time shorter. Everything comes out barely damp. Dries in 30 minutes.
