Works beautifully. Bought as a replacement for a 13 year old similar model. Quieter than the last one and works extremely well. Could have gotten more features if I wanted to spend more, but why? GREAT machine at a great price, in my opinion.

Excellent replacement for our previous 14 year old model.

I have owned a high end LG for the last 10 years. This one performs exactly as you would expect with that experience, just without the bells and whistles.

The cycles are all that is needed. Capacity is good. The machine is not overly loud.

Excellent brand and quality. Replacing the top load washing machine with this front load washing machine was a great decision.

I am very happy with my new LG front loading washing machine. It is my first my washer in 40 years. I love the digital display and it is very quiet. I wish the end of cycle alarm was louder but I have not read to see if I can make it louder. My experience at Best Buy was the best!!

I was looking for something that could handle my comforters and this washer does a great job. I really like LG as I’ve never had any issues with the brand. It really does clean large loads. It is also fairly quiet which is a major plus. Great appliance for the cost.

This washer is really wonderful! It runs nearly silently; once in a while I hear a swish, swish. It is the first front-load washer I've had, and I love that. I have washed King size blanket, and small loads of delicates; everything comes out clean and without problem.

Every time I use this washer I love it. I replaced a 5yr old Samsung top load with this LG front load. It cleans everything! The Samsung was so horrible from the beginning but I was stuck with it. I am so glad I bought this LG. I should have done it sooner.

Great product. The spin cycle is very effective, allowing the clothes a shorter dry cycle. You do have to leave the door and the dispenser open to dry (lots of water gets trapped) between washes. I wish the user manual had more information about how to run the different cycles.

The washer is doing its job although I'm still figuring it out.

A beautiful W/D set for an affordable price! No need for the fancy bells and whistles. In fact, this one has more bells and whistles than we feel is needed! We just wanted a washer to get our clothes clean and even on its normal setting - the job gets done.

We couldn't afford the pedestal right now so it sits on the floor but is still manageable getting clothes in and out. The agitation makes up for not using a lot of water and it seems to handle small and large loads. it will vibrate slightly as it goes into a full spin but balances out quickly. As always, do not mix towels or other 'heavy when wet' items with lighter weight items or it will be a little louder as the drum isn't even when starting in fast spin. The clothes come out smelling clean and are dry enough to cut down on dryer time. Very happy with purchase!

beautiful through and through no problem....washes very well... i'm looking to get the same dryer.... the cycles are working very good the quality far exceed the value and it's very easy and straight forward to use.

This model washer and dryer are fine. They have the settings you want etc and there is washer lint issue (which i’ve had happened before. But I will say that they are a little bit cheap. So part of that I’m sure is that cost wise they were also on the lower end. However you can feel how the quality of the door and parts is when you’re opening the door and closing it and utilizing the machine. I had a GE is the last place I was at and the quality seemed better. But probably more expensive. So this is great for my purposes haven’t had any issues, And the Best Buy folks who came to install it were awesome couldn’t of asked for better people to work with on that

Nice unit, well put together equal to or better than the higher end LG front loader that broke. Very quiet and not as much vibration ( it seems) during the spin cycle. Machine is still in same position as it was 3 weeks ago when installed.

Bought the washer and dryer combo and they’re both amazingly quiet. I also got the drawer on the bottom to lift them cause they are definitely low, especially if you’re used to top machines. But these machines are excellent and quiet. I’ll buy LG products for sure from now on.

I bought this to replace the exact same model that I have had for 17 years. With a track record like that, why change.

Very happy with this washer. I went from an old top loading washer to this front loading one. My only complaint is bending down far to get everything out. Might need to purchase pedestal to go under.
