Open box item that stated excellent condition, there's scratches on the top & a one-inch-deep scratch on the lower front that was covered with a square white piece of tape. The washer was all wrapped in plastic wrap so there was no way to inspect the item without unwrapping the whole thing before placing it in our car. The washer is loud when agitating, my previous two LG washers were very quiet compared to this model. Spins all the laundry to the back of the washer making it difficult to remove the clothes because I don't have it on a pedestal. Priced right for the time I needed it.

I love this LG washer, the spin cycle does a great job and with that takes less time in the dryer! I wish I could afford the dryer. It went on sale after I had ordered mine and the customer sales dept. gave me the sale price WIN/WIN, Thank you for that!

We bought this to replace our 15 year old LG front load. We figured first set lasted us, why change a good thing. LG, once again, has not disappointed us. Build quality is amazing and its SO much quieter than our old unit ever was. Very satisfied.

Great machine, replaced for an older model LG washer. This machine is quiet, cleans the clothes great will never use half the buttons but they looks nice.

I love this washer. The cycles and capacity are just what I wanted and the reviews from consumers and publications were excellent. Delivery and set up for was quick despite the pandemic.

The product is good. Buying from Best Buy is terrible. They changed the availability only after I purchased, and the delivery date was much later and changed twice. Still waiting for the dryer. OK...these issues do occur. What made this purchase terrible? I ordered the item in December and paid for it in full in January. Now, Best Buy has charged me for the washer again in February. Yes, this is true. I spent 3.5 hours, was moved around or had to call 10 different agents and issue still not resolved. I have email stating it may take 60 days to resolve. Unacceptable experience. Period.

It’s worth the money. I thought it was pricey compared to some other brands and models but definitely after using it for a while, I’d say it’s a good purchase. No regrets. Works as advertised and no issues or headaches so far.

The washer and dryer set from LG is absolutely fantastic! It makes washing and drying your clothing very comfortable. I am not a fan of doing laundry but I don't mind it one bit, with my new machines. Excellent purchase. These machines are worth their weight in gold.

We have had this washer and dryer for a little over a year now and absolutely love it.

I was very surprised and pleased by the number of different wash cycles this machine offered. What surprised me even more was the fact I can actually wash a number of loads using the 'Speed Wash' cycle and still have my clothes come out as clean as using a longer cycle.

Love this washing machine! At first it smells a little strange, be sure to run an empty cycle before washing ant clothes and dry out/ keep door open between washes. I started to think that my old top loader gave the clothes much more freshness, and then i realized it was from all the deteegent/softeners left behind. This washer get the clothing so much cleaner, noticeably cleaner! Love the quick wash cycle for the mornings when we need something washed before heading out the door. Oh, and it has its own machine cleaning cycle with a reminder of whe. to clean it!

The washer is big enough to wash my comforter and it fits on top of the LG pedestal perfect. I love all the options to wash my clothes and linens. It even has a quick wash cycle too. I use it to wash my mask.

delivery men were excellent. they put the new one where we wanted it, and hauled away the old one. the washer works great
