It works well on light and heavy loads. It is quite also. I love my first major appliance purchase.

Works great!!! Best washer and dryer I ever had!!!

It is a love hate relationship. We love the front loader, controls and size; however, it takes a very long time if you fill it to capacity. I would recommend as long as you are aware it has sensors that chooses the amount of time so it may take a long time.

Love this washer - very quiet and does a great job cleaning the clothes.

Just started using the washer - so far so good! Easy to use and it looks great! Installed by my plumber.

Controls are basic and easy to follow. Hook up was easy too! The "done' chime is really funny. The kids love it!

Sometimes smart devices are to smart for themselves. Our older washer would wash clothes without any issue, this one, sometimes decides that it doesn't want to and you have to give it a helping hand by powering off and back on......... Don't even bother phoning the NOT Geek Squad, they were completely useless, do not listen and just continually repeat the same thing, they are not technically trained!

No problems with clean clothes. Just need to remember not to stuff the washer. Other than that it's great.

Exceptionally skilled, friendly guys installed my washer. I especially appreciated the time taken to explain in detail function & features. He also advised me on securing the drain hose & how to care for the door seal, especially important in a front - loading washer. I even got install tips on the dryer; a kindness considering I'm doing it myself. This is why I always go to B Buy: the quality service

Excellent washer. Hassle free. Easy to use and install. No problems at all and we use it a lot!!

We have the washer for just over 3 weeks and have had no issue with being loud or the cycle times being too long.

So far a solid performer. Preprogrammed cycles are easiest to use, but are long, like 60 minutes. A programmable 35 minute cold cycle would be nice. Would be nice to have the unit remember last cycle.

The machine does not do a very good job in washing the clothes. It's strange because we wash regular daily clothes that are not heavily soiled and after the dryer, some of the clothes has a sour smell. Sour as if the clothes were left damp for days. We did not change our method of washing nor did we change our detergent. We even selected the pre-wash cycle but it did not help. The strange part is there will be a few items in the load that would smell sour but others would be fine. It seems the washer is not doing a thorough job of washing the entire load. When the wash cycle starts it was surprising that there wasn't much water being used. That's a good thing I guess due to the "efficiency" of the washer. But are the clothes being washed properly? The result has been that it does not seem so. We are returning this washer and do not recommend. We purchased the extended warranty on this washer but we are so displeased with it we just want it out of the house.
