    I've had LG front loader washer's for maybe 15 years. This is the NOISIEST one ever. While my washer is in a laundry porch behind the kitchen, even with the doors closed I can hear the washer in my living room over the TV. Do not recommend if you need quiet.

    Needed hammer arestor which i was not told during installation. Cost extra $354. Medium spin leaves much water in clothes. Not constructed as well as my previous 18 year old Whirlpool front loader.

    So far, I like this washer. The clothes come out clean, there was no issue with installation in our small wash area and there are many wash options. It is a little louder than my old machine and the cycles seem to take longer (about 57 mins for a normal cycle, 70+ for a large/heavily soiled load). Overall solid and I plan to buy for my rental unit as well.

    Good washer. I guess the energy efficiency thing is hard to get used to. As far as I see, you can do a quick wash for 30 minutes or so, or a normal wash at 92 minutes. Not sure how clean things are for half hour, but 90+ minutes is a lot. But ultimately, no complaints.
