This is my second LG washer, and I am just as pleased as I was with the first one. It has all of the features I want and need, no excess frills that I will never use, nor want to pay for.

It washes small to medium sized laundry well.. BUT here are the issues that knocks the rating down to three stars. - the shortest setting to ACTUALLY clean the laundry is on delicate (45 mins) and it only lets you do medium spin. - it can barely fit a light plush microfiber comforter and a very light weight king sized quilt. - it’s very loud. - the drum seems to get unbalanced more than it should. I think for the price it’s okay but if I would have had the money i probably would have gotten something a bit better.

washer works well. I expected to see the time wash for each cycle but this is a smart washer, it measures how big or small of a load then ran for the right amount of time. The only thing is it does not have a save button for your favorite cycle.

We’ve had a few of these LG washers over the past 10 1/2 years. Great machine and quite a workhorse in our Fitness Facility.

I am enjoying very much my new washer. It takes a bit of getting used to as it is a front loader and procedures and habit need to change to learn to use it. I am not comfortable with naming a review . I usually dont review products.

Bought this for my son and his wife. His comment after a month of use: it's great. We have an equivalent model LG washer bought three years ago, and it's been great too!

The people who sent did not want to do the installation, my husband had to do it and now the machine does not work well, sometimes in the middle of the wash, sometimes the machine stops. I am not happy that the best buy services.

I love the fact that it’s large enough to wash a quilt and then a small blanket along with it and when I say “I mean a king size quilt ! It use less water than my other washing machine. Great purchase

Washes well, with very long programs, but does not drain well (even with perfectly clean filter, some water always pools at bottom of drum at end of cycle making clothes wetter than optimal). So hmm

I have had a similar model before and I had it for 7 years and it never gave me any problems, we only changed it for remodeling. Is a big deal

While no appliance last as long as they used to. LG washers seem to last longer than all of their counterparts washability on a front load machine is much better than a Toploader.

Fine so far but have had it only a short time. We are stacking the washer dryer to save space. The washer is low so have to have to sit on the floor to load. The dryer is high so need a step stool to use the dials.

Very happy with purchase, Cleans well and quiet,first time with a front loading HE washing machine and glad I bought this one, Love that it uses less water and much less energy,So far so good.

Good washer and dryer. Did have a little hiccup with the washing machine holding water. But they came out and they’re going to replace it. It was just a fluke. But I still stand by LG Washer And Dryer’s

The washer works, but I get the sense that it will not last very long. The buttons on the panel feel cheap which makes me beilive they will fall apart quickly. The highlight is the size of the drum. We can fit a lot of clothes in it.

Had to buy a new washer and I love Best Buy’s open box policy.

Install was fairly easy and delivery was hassle free. Replaced my old washer and is noticeably more efficient, definitely worth it within its price range.

Used the Washer four times and each time the basket made load noises during the spin cycles. Called LG tech support (in the Philippines) and was kept on the phone for nearly forty-five minutes explaining the issue over and over again, to the same person. Finally received a repair ticket number. Currently waiting for a technician to schedule a repair visit.

This unit is a little different than the one I replaced. Ive only used it three times. Seems to do a good job. I am cocerned about water left in the drain pump hose. Seems like a lot is in there after use. My previous LG did not have nearly soo much
