Still new…easy to operate. 4.8 cubic feet…can was a lot in 1 load. One con against this washer is….on certain selection, the time is calculated after wash has started…somewhat aggravating….

Cycles are very long...65 minutes to over two hours!!! Ridiculous! I guess the clothes are clean, but nothing great. Since the front load washer is no longer a new idea, you would think the technology would have improved enough to prevent mold, but no, it is a concern. I always leave the door open, which I hate. Overall, not thrilled.

I love the LG front load washers but wonder if stability of drum is an ongoing issue. That was the issue with my old one. This new one is showing signs of the same issue. It’s really too bad because clean clothes is spit on.

I bought this washer when my kenmore washer stopped working and so far it’s great. It has many cycle options which it good and it doesn’t make much noise. I’m glad I chose this washer.

Love a good front loader...the force of the last spin does pile up the laundry towards the back of the washer so be prepared to bend over to retrieve...keeps my 86 year old Mom from helping with laundry

I replaced a very similar washer with this one. It was the same brand and I really liked my last one, so I thought it was a slam dunk. Overall, I like it as much as my last one. The only thing I don’t like is it doesn’t have a quick wash cycle. I used that feature almost exclusively. It ran for ~40 minutes, which was an energy and time savings. Now, my laundry runs for a little over an hour each load.

Had leaking washer, found this one on sale for it's lowest price ever. Install was done in less than an hour and they were even able to use my old pedestals. Works great, no problems and does everything I need. Highly recommend.

A repairman recomended the LG and I took his advise.

So far so good! This replaced an older LG front load washer which we were pleased with. The only thing I have noticed is that the noise level seems a little higher than the old one, but it isn't objectionable.

Ordered a new LG washer and dryer. It was ready for pickup in a short amount of time and pickup went smoothly. However when I ordered the laundry pair the .site asked if I needed the stacking kit which I also ordered. The kit took a month to arrive. Made the mistake of assuming it was the correct kit for the laundry pair and didn't realize until installing it that it was the wrong size. My son left it because it was a pain to install and he didn't want to uninstall and wait to sort it out and reinstall the correct size. Major bummer to an otherwise good experience.

Excellent washer. It takes longer than our old washer, but we love it. It holds more dirty laundry and uses less detergent and water. It took a while to get used to turning it on. I would recommend this washer.

Great buy. Got this as scratched/dented. It had a nick the size of a 50 cent piece.

The product is great, the delivery people were on time. Every week they installed it with no problem whatsoever answered any questions I had and it was great.

My old washer went out. Tried a couple of places. Best Buy had the best price and could deliver sooner than the others. This is the third washer I have purchased in 20 years. They’ve all come from Best Buy. Always has the best price.

We purchased this to replace another front-load washer. We were pleasantly surprised at the capacity and features at this price level. It's well built, quiet and efficient and has no problems washing bulky king sized bedding.

LG has manufactured an excellent line of washer/dryers. This model (and matching dryer) was purchased as a gift for my parents. Mom is enjoying it and has had no issues. I would recommend LG washers and dryers.
