Very easy to use....quite energy efficient...drum is a nice size for king size bedding...reasonable priced.

I bought this to replace my previous LG washer. That one lasted 11 years with no problems. I liked that I could use my pedestals from the previous model for this model also, saving me quite a bit. My family is small, so this washer's capacity is adequate for us. The controls are easy to use and I like that there is a separate setting for bedding. The only feature this lacks from my previous one is the interior light. I do miss that. The Memorial sale price was very good. Installation service was excellent.

It’s a good washer! The wash cycle is a little long but it’s quiet, gets everything clean, and spins everything out very well so drying doesn’t take as long.

Had it for a short time. No problems. Perfect size. The best for anyone who wants a simple uncomplicated fancy washing machine. Simple means less things to breakdown. Always have trusted LG washing machines versus other brands.

Front loading washer it's quiet and it uses less water so at first i was skeptical but it does a great job cleaning your clothes . I Love ❤️ my New Washer so glad I got it , plus I had the guys install it and remove the old one and they had the old out and new in and installed so quick , my guess about 20-25 minutes at the most !! It was worth the couple extra dollars !!

Very quiet. This one replaced an older LG which died exactly after 10 years (the listed warranty). Auto cycles adjust very well. Only complaint so far is that it seems to not clean throughly on heavy cycles…not sure if it’s the detergent we are using though. Other than that, it’s great. the spin cycle is excellent as it pushes almost all the water out of the clothes making it easier to dry. Now, beware of Best Buy delivery…had horrible experience with that and will review that sorarately

I highly recommend this LG washer cause it is so quiet and efficient. It does not take up a lot of space either given how powerful the washer is.

This washer was easy to use. The washer settings are accurate, clothes come out very clean. The only issue with the washer is hair sticking to the rubber ring around the door. It is hard to clean around the rubber area. I have found using a rag is the easiest way of removing anything stuck to the rubber seal, but it does not fully remove all the hair. Make sure to run a cleaning cycle and drain the washer every other month to maintain the washer

Perfect fit and performance. This unit is quiet and easy to operate.

This is simply the "new and improved" version of the washing machine we have had in place for the past 15 years. However, the improvements are significant. It runs more quietly, spins much faster and overall does a better job than its predecessor. When comparing the cost of trying to repair the old one versus buy this unit, the cost was nearly the same, so buying new was the obvious choice. No complaints and no regrets. We got a very good deal, with delivery, installation, and removal of the old machine.

I bought dishwasher at the store next to ShopRite in Paramus. I have never had worse service in my life in a store. I walked in, went to the appliance department, there was another person waiting there told me she had been there for 15 minutes and no one had come over. I waited with her for another 15 minutes, we both went over to the cashier to find out if we can get some help. The person who is at the register said they were only four employees in the entire store and that’s how it’s been since Covid. I live in California was doing this as a favor to my dad, I told him if they ever thought of running a store like this in California that be out of business. Best Buy in Paramus was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life with the Best Buy store. That being said, the washing machine works great.

This LG washer is awesome. It has a huge capacity and cleans very well. Easy to use controls.
