I did talk to tech online and they scheduled 2 appointments and never showed and said they were on their way. The drum makes tons of squeaking and on the perma-press cycle it totally shakes the machine. Dont know if the installers took out the 4 bolts, but wish best buy could have came out and checked. Wasted 2 full days of waiting on the 8-5 window. WHat a pain! So angered on this least LG is coming 7/31 we shall see if they find out or fix this brand new unit just a month old now.

One month in and it's having the same issue as the one I had for 11 years did, where it will not fully spin out all the water and gets stuck at the end. LG brand is supposed to be the best, but to have it be broken when only owning it for one month is pretty crappy, especially to have a brand new machine with the same issue that one I had for 11 years did. I also hate the length of time on the wash cycles of this new one. The normal cycle can run for 80+ minutes at times, it's super strange and I am very unhappy with this new purchase

For the spinning issue, it might help to check if the machine is balanced and that the load isn’t too heavy or uneven. Sometimes an unbalanced load can make it tough for the washer to spin properly. If that doesn’t do the trick, you could try unplugging the machine for a few minutes and then plugging it back in. This little reset can often clear up any minor glitches. Regarding those longer wash cycles, some settings or options (like energy-saving modes) can make them take a bit longer.
