However, the settings make this washer not worth the money. The manual tells nothing about how long each setting is and the washer indicator is no help. First load took 3 hours! Plus you have to reset for each load.

How to get the right settings for any given load is not at all self-evident. The included manual is deficient and it was not easy to find the full user manual online. I don't know that I would buy an LG machine again without first seeing it in person. Also, the Geek Squad messed up the installation and then it took a week! to get them to send someone to put it right. And BestBuy was not at all helpful about the problem. This left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm not feeling very good about shopping from BestBuy again.
