Best Buy techs have visited multiple times to the point they knew us when we answered the door. The replaced multiple components inside the washing machine and as yesterday it still leaks and they cannot figure it out. Thankfully we have a plastic pan under the machine. I really want to recommend this, but our experience with this LG washer has been terrible.

Best Buy hose policy

They left the washer sitting on the laundry deck in the basement. Why? Because Best Buy policy now is that a customer MUST buy new water hoses along with the washer. If you don't do this they refuse to install. Heck, it took some talking just to get them to put the washer in the basement. To top this off: the hoses they sell are inferior to mine which are heavy duty stainless steel and have worked just fine for quite some time. I would recommend the washer. Buy it from a vendor that will actually install it.

I was not home so it wasn't left with the machine. I tried calling corporate and got no where. A person from the geek squad finally called me back a d ordered it to be sent.

But there were issues with it. BBY should have done a better job of checking it before it went back on the floor.
