Can't properly wash bedding (normal sheets and blankets). Either gets stuck on the rinse cycle for over an hour, or if I do a quick wash, it doesn't put in enough water and the bedding comes out with some wet spots but it's mostly dry, and I have to wash it again. Right now, I have to wash bedding on the bedding cycle until it's stuck on the rinse cycle, then shut it off and restart it on a rinse and spin cycle. This washer is 2 months old and I've never hated a washer so fast. It's also really really slow, running 2 and 3 hot wash cycles in regular laundry. We're a household of 8 and cannot have a washer that takes hours to wash a single load of laundry properly.

I believe this washer is sufficient for my knees and cleans the clothes quite properly

So far I am disappointed in this washer. Time settings are way too long. Normal cycle is 68 min

Do not like that you cannot change the water temperature and spin settings on the normal cycle.

Produce is fine. But the delivery and installation was ridiculous. They gave us a 12 hour "window" for delivery & then the night before updated it to about 4 or 5 hours. The installers wouldn't install because gas dryer was still hooked up, tho clearly turned off. 2nd try, I ordered the wrong stacking bracket. But they went ahead & put the washer in place so we could just stack it and do the hook up ourselves since we couldn't take yet another day off to wait for them. Once we started running the washer, realized they didn't remove the styrofoam from up underneath the washer so every time we run it, it makes a terrible noise & and leaves little styrofoam bits everywhere. To fix, we will have to deinstall the dryer, and the washer so we can turn it on its side to get the styrofoam out. Terrible service.

This machine is ok. For the most part it works although sometimes I think it has a mind of its own! Not sure if I would fully recommend.

The wash cycles are too long. The “True Balance” feature is the main reason. It adds way too much time to the cycle.

I bought this washer (Model: WM3400CW) on 5/25/2022 with great number of good reviews. I washed regular clothes in Normal cycle and it does an amazing job. However after couple of weeks I tried to wash king size mattress pad and it got it stuck after Wash/Rinse cycle. It never finished spin cycle to remove the water. It came back with an error code UE error. Manual did not help. I tried to re-arrange the mattress pad but still never finished the spin cycle. I had to put that wet mattress pad in the dryer 4 times to get rid of water. I tried now 2-3 times in different cycles (Normal, Bedding) but same error code keep coming. I feel like so frustrated now after buying a new appliance it cannot wash my king size mattress pad. Trying to contact best buy customer support.

Already leaking water only one month in. Quite disappointing.

DO NOT USE BEST BUY. HAD TO HAVE 4 WASHERS DELIVERED IN THE SPAN OVER 1.5 MONTHS BECAUSE EACH ONE THEY BROUGHT, WAS UNUSABLE AND BROKEN. THEN DELIVERED MY WASHER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, SOMEWHERE 30 MINUTES AWAY FROM ME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SORT OF DISCOUNT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. FIRST AND ONLY TIME I WOULD EVER EVEN CONSIDER USING BEST BUY FOR ANYTHING.

Bought this machine 01/24. Not even 18 months later and the main circuit board needs to be replaced. It is less expensive to buy a new machine. Stay away from this one.

Broke within 2 months. Repair was under warranty. Seems to be fine now

The wash cycle uses such a small volume of water that regular sized loads need three or four cycles to get to a point that resembles clean. If you want an over priced machine that moistens your clothes, and leaves them covered in a light film of detergent, then look no further! I literally have to soak laundry in the sink before I put it in the wash. Bulkier items like bedding and jackets don’t stand a chance. They literally come out of the washer dry, and regardless of how many cycles they go through, there’s simply never enough water to soak and lift stains. Perhaps worse is that items randomly come out covered in holes. It might be the dryer that’s responsible. In any case, I’m so disappointed. Such a waste!

Taking a lot of time getting use to the working of this machine. Whole new thing to work this machine

Wash time extremely long no matter what Setting. Spend cycleIt is very loud

Not as quiet as my old LG. So far so good otherwise.

Good basic washer. If I had it to do again I would have gotten a larger unit

Im very dissatisfied, Im on my 5th washer trying to find one that puts some water in the machine to wash a load of clothes, this washer I put a twin comforter and twin sheet set in, when it was done I opened it and the comforter and most the sheet was still dry there wasnt enough water to even wet it all the way, 3 loads of laundry turned into 7. Other then no water it seemd to be ok so will be returning this one to

Doesn't clean clothes as well as a top loader, but I imagine that is due to the front load, not the actual machine. I will put in my comforter, and have to run it twice otherwise parts will stay dry all the way through a single cycle!
