So far the washer is working very good. Has many different cycles. Helps you determine what cycle you need with clear choices. I can Also customize my load. For example I can select light soil and low spin for a small delicate load. I like that flexibility. I did have a problem at first but it wasn’t due to the washer. MAKE SURE STYROFOAM PIECE IS REMOVED! After the installers left I started a load and it squeaked loudly. I called Best Buy and had them swap out the washer. As they were removing the “bad” washer a piece of styrofoam fell out of the bottom. It was huge. When they went to bring in new washer I saw how it could happen. They put their foot down on the styrofoam packing around the bottom to remove it. The middle piece broke off. So I told them about it and they removed it. No more squeaking!

It was delivered on time and set up and the old washer was taken away. It works fine. It's a clothes washer. Recommended by Consumer Reports.

Quiet and convenient, but very very slow. It takes 92 minutes to wash a moderate load, which is almost 3 times as long as my old washer.

This washer works great, but can be extremely frustrating as well. This machine is high tech so it will turn off if it or the load is a little uneven. That’s very frustrating when you’re trying to get a load done and it keeps stopping because something isn’t perfect, and you watch the machine spin back and forth slowly deciding if it’s good enough or not

Great washer, had the LG for 15 years, always performed well so we bought another one

I first bought this washer on 03/2021. It worked fine for 1 month and then it just wouldnt power on again. I exchanged it and got the same one but hoping for a different outcome, but nope. Once again after 1 month, the same thing happened, it wont power on. I did some troubleshooting with the first one and that didnt help, so wont waste time the second time around. Im sure LG has good washing machines but this model isnt one. I also got the dryer which hasnt given me a problem yet. Best buy team is the best in helping me get a different model, but LG team is not professional or helpful and they didnt call back until 2 weeks after the first one broke down. But , but, but this washer did clean my clothes really good and my king size bedding did fit ( when the washer decided to work).

Washer works great. The only think I do not like is I have to reset the cycles every time I have a new load. I always have an extra rinse and wash in cold. There is no way to save these selections. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and very efficient.
