Great washing machine! Very reliable, easy-to-use, and no issues at all since i putchsed back in April. Clothes come out nice and clean. They even provided a how to use quick reference sheet that we can easily attach to the side of the machine. Very happy with this putchase.

One doesn’t need all the bells and whistles to get a clean wash from this machine. It’s large and cleans well. And an added bonus, it’s the quietest one we have owned. Draws the water from the home system with ease and definitely less noise from the get go. Product availability with Best Buy made this model the right choice for us.

Easy to use and so quiet. It's great to have a new washer to get my clothes clean. I like to leave the door slightly ajar to prevent the chance of smell. The directions say to wipe the gasket out after every use. But I am lazy.

Very satisfied with our purchase. Like all the various wash options. The machine cleans well and is much quieter than the machine it replaced. The clothes come out almost dry, saving us energy costs from shorter drying cycles.

Just replaced our 13 year old Whirlpool with this machine. It's very quiet. With both of us working from home and the laundry room just outside both offices, this was important. There are many pre-programmed cycle options including bedding, towels, delecates, etc. So far, each of these cycles seems to be doing the perfect job for every load. It is over 1 cubic foot larger than our last machine, which we thought was big. This is huge. And Best Buy's delivery team could not have been better. So fast, efficient, courteous, COVID conscious and safe, and polite at all times. They removed my old machine and finished installing this one all in under 30 minutes.

This washing machine is very efficient and quiet. I chose this machine because I already own the matching dryer. I like the fact that the dryer can be stacked on top of the washer. The LG warranty on the motor made my choice a no-brainer. Love this washer!

I like it. I like the time delay and it’s pretty quiet, I have a TV in the room and doesn’t disturb me. Also plays a cute little jingle when it’s finished. And it cleans clothes and turns fast!!!

We had to replace our aging Maytag washer that my wife was very fond of. She didn't think she would find anything to replace it with. We were extremely happy with this purchase. It's quiet, efficient and washes extremely well. We may go back and buy the dryer when our dryer finally quits. We give it two thumbs up and recommend it.

Last LG washer lasted close to 14 years before giving out so we went with another one and feel confident since it's recommended by Consumer Reports. Installation was pretty smooth and installers were in and out in about 20 minutes. Excellent!

Very efficient and roomy washer, and at the same time very quiet. I love the speed wash which is only 15 minutes. What a great choice. I got the combo of washer and dryer and stacked them up.

Washer is VERY quiet. Easy to install, my Samsung stackable dryer fit on top. Washes and spins water out great. Will not give it a five until I have had it long enough to know it lasts… but so far so good.

Absolutely love my washer!! I have the dryer too… they are both great. Washer washes quietly and all clothes clean. It doesnt hurt that it also looks so beautiful in my laundry room.

This is a pretty good washer but, when we first got it, I used the heavy duty cycle a few times and the clothes were warm and steamy at the end of the final rinse. It is only supposed to be a cold rinse. Ours doesn't have a steam setting or extra sanitizing cycle so I was confused. I contacted LG support and they kept insisting I had the hoses hooked up backwards. I did NOT! I got tired of trying to get answers so now we rarely use the heavy duty cycle. Other than that we're pretty happy with it. The quick wash cycle comes in handy for new garments. It does seem well made. Stainless drum. I have to choose yes or no but, I'm not sure if I would recommend it. With a proviso I guess I would.

Washer works great, easy to use. Didn’t need steam or WiFi, this washer just does a good job at washing clothes. Very quiet. Wash cycles are long, but seems to be gentler on clothes and leaves clothes a lot dryer than our previous front load washer.

My LG washer is the greatest! It’s efficient, washes my clothes without adding more wear and tear keeping my delicates looking new, and user friendly. My 11 year old grandson works the machine with ease. Again LG has met my expectations! The price for such a good machine is a deal.

Finally upgraded my washer to this LG one. It was on a great sale along with the dryer for $1200 together. Yes, the washer runs a little longer but it uses less water. I've seen a significant drop in my water bill. It gets the clothes clean in one try. Very easy to use. Overall really impressed with this LG washer.

Great machine for a good price. Have had this for about a year now and washes all clothes pretty well. As long as you keep up with cleaning and maintenance, it continues to work like new
