We were all set to be travelling within four days and had laundry to do, so we did not have time to repair it ourselves. Two different repairmen said it would cost at least $350 and it would be 3 days before they could get to it. We went online shopping to see what a new washer of the same type and size (since the washer and dryer are stacked) would cost. Once again, Best Buy to the rescue with the same brand and size, but one model better, for $300 more than the lowest estimated repair. Best of all, we picked it up curbside and installed it in two days! Plenty of time to get our laundry ready to travel!!

Has clicking noise when spinning but clothes are not overly wet when they come out. I like not having a loud buzz when done, has tune. Easy to use after trying a few time.

But it is very nice and wash your clothes very well. My son has nose bleeds and it was bad on his pillow case and pillow I mean real bad one wash clean everything look like new!

Has all the settings for all of our needs. Very important we used Best Buy for the delivery and set up and the employees they used were wonderful. Our home is up on 12 foot pylons and these guys did a wonderful job no dinging anything.

Love the happy sound it makes at the end of each load. Pick up at the store was quick and easy. Got a rebate from local electric company for buying an energy star appliance. Purchased the matching dryer and a stack kit and it all went together really smoothly

Uses less water which means it takes a longer period of time to wash. Clothes are clean. Use is extremely quiet. It does require door seal and rubber ring is dried after each load to remove excess water. Love my new washer thus far.
