We have had for a few months and got bestbuy delivery setup and removal. The team that showed up was on time, polite and took Covid precautions. Very happy with the experience. The washer does everything it’s supposed to do and feel the price was a good value.

Really nice, easy to use, plenty big enough...clothes come out quite clean and mostly spun almost dry even before they go into the dryer. I really like this one

Our 10+ yr old Kenmore broke down and luckily found this after reading consumer reports and all the reviews which were very helpful. Easy to use control panel and low noise level. The short song at the end was unexpected and sure beats the usual loud buzz. Very happy with it :)

Very quiet and energy efficient Excellent capacity.

Great product! This washer can hold a lot, and it really cleans well. Living in a drought prone state, water consumption is a concern. This product uses less water than a top loader. I would also say items really do come out far less damp, but they are still very clean.

The product was a replacement for a 20 year old one. It's like going from a worn out old car to a Cadillac. The sales person was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and made the purchase a pleasant experience.

This is my first front-loading washer, ever. I love how it conserves water & detergent. Easy to use. The clothes come out clean. Lots of options. The spinning cycle is light years better than old style. While the washing cycle is longer, it makes drying time shorter. Everything comes out barely damp. Dries in 30 minutes.

Large capacity and very quiet love the front loading

We are impressed with our new LG high efficiency front load washer & dryer. Both run quiet and have little movement on the floor. The controls are functional and easy to navigate. Both are appliances are ascetically appealing. The price point was excellent. We recommend both appliances.

Intuitive and cleans well without the pulling and tugging of a front load machine. Just the right amount of cycles to choose from.

Within budget and exactly what we were looking for to improve our laundry in our new home. Has been working perfect. Delivery was seamless, unboxed and brought right to where we wanted it.

This machine is pretty good. It is highly efficient and it also does excellent job in cleaning clothes. The best part is this is quick and does not make lots of noise

This basic front load washer does what it's supposed to do....wash my laundry while not beating it to death. This is my second LG front load. It's predecessor lasted 14+ years until the control panel failed. This model doesn't have as many bells and whistles but the new higher end models have features I would never use, so why pay for them. Wi-fi on a washing machine....seriously??? This machine doesn't feel as solid but time will tell if it goes the distance. As of today, one month after purchase, it works just fine.

My first front load washer and I love it. It has safety lock to keep children from turning it on. I like it because I don't have to worry about it getting out of balance during the spin cycle and it does an excellent job removing excess water so the clothes dry faster.

Love this washer and the quick delivery to my home! The washer is easy to use, clothes wash well, and the best part is that the machine sets time according to how much you wash at once. Would highly recommend this product and Best Buy as the place to purchase!

I spent way too many man-hours researching everything there is to know about modern washer/dryers, brands, options, etc. After spending several additional hours draining the poor salesman at Best Buy for even more information, I finally settled on the simple, "bottom-of-the-line" LG pair and I LOVE them!! I don't need the bells and whistles but I do need reliable and tough (my family is hard on washers). The washer, in particular, is great. The spin speed is so high that the clothes come out almost dry, which shortens the dry time and saves a lot of electricity. It has some sort of auto-balance correction when a large load starts to spin unbalanced. The cycle length is longer than I'd like (89 minutes for "normal"), but this is mostly spin time and it saves a bunch of time in the dryer. I highly recommend these units.

Bought this to replace a Whirlpool front loader that died. I’ve had the washer a week and so far so good. It’s incredibly quiet compared to my last two washers, but does seem to have a longer wash time.
