This machine works so much better than the description! If you're in the market for a new washer, this is it.

The LG washer is terrific. Everything we expected and more. As important, the installation was timely, smooth and fast. Excellent product and service.

Great machine and very quiet . And i noticed doesn't consume a lot of electricity .

Good washer. The gas line has to be precise and the unit is pretty big so make sure you have adequate enough room for the unit. After usage, it does leave an odd smell.

It’s only been two weeks, but this washer has preformed exceptional, extremely quite, and aesthetically pleasing. Can’t go wrong with this machine, let’s hope it’s reliable and has longevity.

Had a leak within 1 week of getting it installed but I’m assuming user error. Worked great up u til then.

PURCHASED THE WASHER WITH THE COMPATIBLE "LG" GAS DRYER. ALSO PURCHASED A COUPLE OF PEDESTALS. I HAD A MINOR PROBLEM WITH GETTING FAMILIAR WITH THE NEW TECHNOLOGY INITIALLY, BUT GOT UP TO SPEED RATHER QUICKLY. MY OLD MAYTAG WASHER WAS (15) YEARS OLD AND IT WAS TIME FOR A SWAP. I REALLY LIKE THE "SOAK CYCLE" -- AS I USE IT RATHER FREQUENTLY. I ALSO LIKE THE "FRONT- LOAD" FEATURE, ONE THAT I WAS NOT SURE I WOULD CARE FOR, IN THE BEGINNING. A GREAT MODEL -- FOR THE PRICE. ALSO, AFTER ( 3 1/2) WEEKS OF USE -- THE MELODY FINALLY PLAYED AFTER THE WASH CYCLE WAS COMPLETE. ?????

Easy to use, replaces our old LG. Improved drain. I like the higher height than our old one. The settings are very easy. We did not get a pedestal and the height is fine.

Fits our limited space of an older home. Easy to use but you have to remember to select cool wash as it reverts to warm after each use.

Absolutely love this washer. Very easy to use and keep clean. In my opinion, front load is the way to go and this washer does the trick.

We needed an upgrade and were happy to purchase this LG washer when it was on sale over Labor Day. Great price! So far it's worked much more efficiently than our previous washer.

Does the job, same size and shape as my 11-year old Kenmore, and the door doesn't bang my laundry room wall like the old one.

With all the bad press about molding in front loading, I have a magnetic bracket that holds the door open after each wash. With that worry gone, this washer is fantastic! I love all the settings. I love being able to see into the washer. It uses so much less water but all clothes are clean. I chose to stack this under the dryer and so far love the setup.

We are very pleased with our latest purchase. We have had much success with our previous LG washer and dryer and therefore chose to stick with the same brand.

So far really pleased with this washing contraption. Though we had a broken/non-functioning one for 6 months prior to buying the new one, so my perspective may be a bit skewed. I'm just really grateful to be able to do laundry again. Haven't attempted any of the fancy functions like the remote start (because I can't figure out why I would ever need to), but all the basics work really well.

This washer holds so much more than my other one. I love the options that it has and when I take my hangables out they are not all wrinkled.
