I love my washer dryer set. It has so much to it that I can only hope it lasts is as long as my last set (18 years) my only problems the first day I got it the child lock locked me out for 24 hours I tried following the directions and they didn't work. I only wash and cold water so every time I wash I have to set the cold water setting it doesn't stay. I love how clean my clothes get I like that it tells me how much longer until the machine is done and I love all the options. I'm looking forward to my water bill to see if I actually get a savings. As I've only had the machine for about a month we'll see what happens

I have had this machine for a couple of months now. It is definitely a water saver and the clothes are moved around a lot in it. You have to be very careful not to put too much soap in it because I don't think it is able to rinse it out as well as it should. Clothes come out clean though! I wish that the door would open to a complete 180 degrees - it would make it easier to get around the machine. I opted not to purchase the riser for it only because of the cost, although it would be helpful. I like how flat the top of the machine is - I can use it for extra space to fold clothes!

This is the second LG washer I've bought, based largely on the high ratings received from Consumer Reports, and I've not been disappointed. Actually, I was disappointed with the initial performance of the machine but it turned out to be an issue related to improper installation, not the machine. Since that issue has been resolved, the washer works great. I'm also very pleased with the great deal I got from Best Buy. This is a terrific, well-regarded product and I got it at a great price.

Clothes are amazingly clean when taking out the washer and smell so fresh.

Works as expected. Very satisfied. We were advised that all front loaders should be left open (detergent drawer too) when not in use to prevent bad odors. So far so good.

Needed new laundry equipment. Ordered the LG pair which were very highly rated by Consumer Reports. Delivered, installed, good price, works great.

I replaced my Whirlpool Washer and Dryer with LG because of the consumer report ratings. The washer works better that the dryer. It just doesn't seem as "solid" as the Whirlpool. I have no complaints about how the machine works, it just seems that the metal used is much thinner and lighter weight than my old machine.

It uses not enough water to wash. It's very quiet. Big capacity. No water heater. The real washing time does not match program time in the display by a huge difference. The real washing time is shorter than displayed. It smells at high rpm for months.

I absolutely love this washer! It's easy to use and easy to clean.

Runs very quietly, very prolong spining cycle. Cloths comes out tangled with each other. The numbers displayed on panel does not correspond with actual clock minutes.

LG 4.5 Cubic Ft.front load washer with 6Motion technology is working well. Replaced a 10 year old Sam Sung washer, that was leaking and had a vibration issue. The only thing, is when select Tap Cold water for washing, after the spin cycle, we noticed that the washed clothes feel warm. I thought that it would also be a Cold water rinse since I selected Tap Cold wash. So far, give it a 4 star rating. True test will be after 2-3 years, of washing and see if this will last 10 years too.

So far so good. Works well, quiet, and cleans very well.

good fit nice looks replaced older lg model at 13 years. works well, no issues. I saw no reason to spend more on silly features like alexa connectivity.

This LG washer was easy to install and works fabulous. The spin cycle is so much better than my old one. Hopefully this one will last longer than 6 years.

Loved it when it worked but it smelled of mildew. I used the tub clean cycle all the time and cleaned it out. It's not even 2 years old and it broke. The customer service has been horrible. It's been such a nightmare to try and get it fixed that we have decided to just buy a new washer.
