Good washer good brand easy to use easy to understand

Excellent product, works perfectly well, and silent

Easy to use, no fancy features. Not sure how to use spin only or rinse only.

Good all-round washer. Our first one broke in less than a year (a piece broke off in the barre in a normal, regular wash!) and it was a nightmare working with LG to get reimbursed for it under warranty. 6 months later we still haven’t been reimbursed despite being told a “check was in the mail”. Beware and get Best Buy warranty or something else.

We have not any problems with this washing machine. It is pretty fast and quiet.

We are very satisfied with our purchase. From the sales rep to the delivery driver's everything went smoothly. We were extremely impressed with Mike and his assistant during the installation. They took great care from the uncrating to the delivery and installation. Would highly recommend both this product and company!!

Great washer for the price...I find it to be much quieter and the clothes are coming out great!

Works great and no high end bells and whistles that I would never use anyways. It is perfect.

GeekSquad members that delivered the washer were efficient, friendly and helpful. We were texted with a narrower window of time the night before and then the delivery crew called us when they were 15 minutes away. Although we did not ask for installation, this crew gave advice that was very helpful! Thank you!

Can't really speak to the units as they were only installed today. But we can speak to the professional installation by Geek Squad. All members were wearing masks without being asked. They did a great job and helped me recover the pedestals from the old units which we will use for storage. The units look to be easy to use and understand. Our only sad is the dryer does not have an interior light. We can live with that.

Awesome, 10 year drum warranty and it is so quite. Already done 5 loads. Works great!

The machine works well and is quiet but the normal wash cycle is over 90 minutes, when 45 minutes would have been fine. We'll need to try various modes and settings to find a reasonable length of a cycle.
