    Item isn't bad, but service and installation bestbuy teamed up with is horrible. Get it elsewhere better like home depot.

    I can not wash whites, check the manual and whites instructions is missing. Also when the machine in the spin mode, it is shaking. I believed installation is the issue. Need someone to look at it.
