One month in and it's having the same issue as the one I had for 11 years did, where it will not fully spin out all the water and gets stuck at the end. LG brand is supposed to be the best, but to have it be broken when only owning it for one month is pretty crappy, especially to have a brand new machine with the same issue that one I had for 11 years did. I also hate the length of time on the wash cycles of this new one. The normal cycle can run for 80+ minutes at times, it's super strange and I am very unhappy with this new purchase

For the spinning issue, it might help to check if the machine is balanced and that the load isn’t too heavy or uneven. Sometimes an unbalanced load can make it tough for the washer to spin properly. If that doesn’t do the trick, you could try unplugging the machine for a few minutes and then plugging it back in. This little reset can often clear up any minor glitches. Regarding those longer wash cycles, some settings or options (like energy-saving modes) can make them take a bit longer. How to get the right settings for any given load is not at all self-evident. The included manual is deficient and it was not easy to find the full user manual online. I don't know that I would buy an LG machine again without first seeing it in person. Also, the Geek Squad messed up the installation and then it took a week! to get them to send someone to put it right. And BestBuy was not at all helpful about the problem. This left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm not feeling very good about shopping from BestBuy again.
