So nice. It has huge capacity, is super-quiet while washing, and plays a little song when finished. Best Buy delivery and installation guys were fantastic too.

This washer is very quiet and cleans our clothes very good. We live out in the country and have 4 kids. We do multiple loads a day and keep up like a workhorse!

The washer has done what they said it would. It uses far less water and my clothes smell clean. That was not the case with my previous washer. Washer is very easy to operate. Love it!!!

It's is a very good washer. I like the results, and laundry is spotless. Very quiet and lots of cycles to choose from. I gave this review only four stars because this washer does not have a drum light. A drum light is essential in this type of washing machine (front load). Laundry is spun at high speeds and sticks to the drum during the spin cycles. It's challenging to see inside the tub without a light, and you tend to leave laundry behind.

We upgraded from a top loading non-agitator common brand that left clothes wrinkled and smelling soiled. This wash machine cleans well, has a easy and flexible user interface and is quiet.

Love the efficiency of this washer. Holds lots of clothes. Spin cycle really get the excess water out so it doesn’t take as long to dry they. Haven’t used all the cycle choices yet.

Efficient sleek finish quiet economical but with all the extra features. The wifi is great for monitoring the different cycles. Would recommend you buy. We bought both washer and dryer.

Good, large capacity washer that is quieter than previous Kenmore, with some additional features at a moderate price. No sale though, other, more expensive models were priced comparably.

We had a prior version that we bought 6 years ago. Moving to a new house, the existing washer just didn't have the features and quality we wanted, so we bought the latest generation of washer. It is solid. Make sure you use high efficiency detergent to avoid issues with the detergent in the wash. We set up the Wifi stuff and now we get a notification when the load finishes, which is nice. Everyone in the house who has the app is setup so we can remind each other when the daughter forgets she started a load of workout clothes. Excellent washer. Highly recommended.

Bought this washer as an upgrade. I’m very pleased with its efficiency, quite sound and chime when wash is done. It’s a pretty machine as well as it is nice looking. It’s easy to use .

Looks great, easy to operate, can be operated on my mobile device and washes larger loads of clothes thereby saving time and energy. You can hardly hear it when in operation.

Replaced 7 year old LG with a clogged pump. The washer is easy to use, the clothes come out looking good. We have had good luck with LGs and expect to continue to do so.

My top load washer finally gave up the ghost after several of my "home" repairs, so I was in the market for a new one. This old washer (5-7 yrs old- not ancient) did a pretty poor job of getting my really dirty clothes clean (old blue jeans I would wear while working on projects that I would get a lot of dirt/mud on). I would actually have to scrub these dirty jeans with "shout" and a scrub brush. This new LG front loading washer gets the dirt out of my jeans and my white clothes/towels are actually coming out of the washer white. No more hand scrubbing before washing!!

We had a previous LG washer that lasted 10 years for us. Buying this one, has more features, runs quieter. A very good washer with good options for the price.

This washer is replacing another LG Washer because I loved the other enough to buy another. It’s familiar. It’s efficient. It’s quiet. It works great!

Very proficient well built quite clean my laundry well. I will always buy my large appliances through best buy. The price was good after shopping around they really had the best deal available. My wife and kids also love using it because of the simplicity of the buttons and dials. My mother in law come over now to use the washer she says her clothes are my h cleaner with this washer than the other one we had before. And on the staff at best buy they were great helping through the process of our purchasing the washer so we also brought the dry. The plan of 24 months came in it was better deal.

This thing is great. Quite as mouse. Easy to use. Makes a neat little tune once it’s finished washing, you’ll be humming it all day!!!
