    I love this washing machine. It has several settings for each type of load that I can choose from. It also informs me when it's time to clean the tub. This is the very first washing machine I've purchased and out of all that I've used, I'm glad this is the one I bought!

    Would have given it 5 stars except the app doesn’t work well. It is used as a selling feature. Without this is just a very good washing machine. Until 3 years ago had always used front loader. Bought a house that had NEW LG appliances and the washer was a top load. It was OK, but we noticed the close were slowly becoming off color. We felt the Front Load cleaned better so we switched. Plus we added the pedestal so it is at just the right height to lean in and pull laundry out, rather than climb into the top load washer (which for a short person could require a step stool)

    It has been over a month and I have not been able to use it yet. This after it took four days to even talk to someone about it after my purchase. Back-and-forth between LG and Best Buy several times about it took them two weeks to send out a person even after I paid for an extra three-year warranty, thank God!! wait two weeks for them to come out, but the wrong part was ordered. Hopefully on the third visit they bring the correct part to fix it. This company is highly lacking in customer service and reputable merchandise. I will be writing to the BBB and also blasting the story on air as my friend Jim owns two radio stations with a domestic listening audience of over 200,000 people.. I waited quite some time for the company to get back with me hoping for retribution of some sort. The set was for not only myself, but also a shared residence with tenants. This has cost me a significant amount of money and downtime. What an absolute joke.
